Two weeks in Italy, this was my favourite meal. The food was exceptional, even in Italy a country with one of the best cuisines in the world. The service was perfect, the ambience rode the fine line between modern and cozy beautifully, the wine selection was great and they even had my favourite digestive (Chartreuse). If you're in Trient you should eat here.

Easter Saturday with children and friends. Truly dream internal location.
Impeccable and really friendly service.
We were given the chance to see their wonderful wine cellar and reception rooms.
Oh I forgot, the delicious food.
There were 7 of us and four of us opted for the land menu.
Tartare starter, first course lasagne, second course cheeks with purée and dessert.
Good portions at 55 euros.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Secular customer, now a huge guarantee, spectacular service, optimal food and preparations, I can't find such superlative adjectives for the wines, overall a unique context.

i piatti di qualità molto invitanti e molto buoni.. vasta scelta di vini e bolle selezionati .
La tartare era davvero squisita, un connubio perfetto tra qualità e sapori.. I dolci erano davvero super

Serata piacevole, personale molto gentile, menù con scelta giustamente ristretta per puntare sulla qualità. Atmosfera davvero gradevole. Giusto un piccolo appunto: ordinando un calice di champagne magari si può far vedere la bottiglia.
Posizione assolutamente centrale in Trento ma in una piazzetta super tranquilla.
Comunque consigliato!
