Ai Tre Scalini In Soriano nel cimino

Straordinario! Finalmente un menù che non sia basato sulle solite tagliate: Pasta fatta a mano, faraona, coniglio, stracotto, agnello, castagne sciroppate per dessert...una festa per il palato ed una gioia per gli occhi! Porzioni superabbondanti, in grado di abbattere anche le forchette più affamate! Bravissimi, straconsigliato.

Delizioso il posto.Ottimo servizio e cibo bbbuonissimo. Noi scegliamo tutto con funghi antipasto, primo e secondo. Top!!!

Very impressed, really good (local) food, staff excellent. You won't be disappointed. I'd have rated a 4.5 if that was possible. This is what eating out should be. Update 23/8/24, so back in Soriano after a couple of years and tried again. Food still fantastic, indulged in the breaded lamb cutlets again, still as good. Pizza was excellent too. Restaurant is spotlessly clean and all the staff are so nice and very attentive. Oh, and the kind of toasted flat bread that comes with the normal bread at the start is devine.

We went to this trattoria/pizzeria during our stay in Soriano nel Cimino. The environment is as simple as the service. After taking a look at the menu we ordered an appetizer that they prepare for the month of August because we were intrigued by an ingredient: fig loin. We asked the girl in the dining room what it was and after seeing the photo (taken from the internet) we confirmed the order and on the advice of the girl herself, we also took a focaccia with local raw ham. When the dishes arrived, however, we realized that the fig loin was missing, we started to taste the cheeses that were supposed to accompany the loin in the hope that perhaps they would bring it shortly thereafter. Since it didn't arrive we call the girl and ask where the fig loin was... her response was but didn't you eat it? When we responded in the negative, she went to find out more and shortly after, smiling and a little mockingly, she told us that it was finished!!! If we hadn't said anything they would have given us four leaves of green grass for the loin to cover the lack. After this incorrect behavior it seems almost superfluous to say that on the bill they presented us there was no discount or rather it had been offered by the house. However, we rounded the bill up!

Good quality and well cooked food...a little expensive for the dishes we ordered

Review after at least 3 years since the last time I ate there. We only went there twice to eat, but everything was really delicious! See you soon!

I've been coming to eat here since I was a child, one of the best places to eat here in Soriano with always varied dishes of the day. I recommend the pappardelle with wild boar ragù.

TOP level! Sublime pork fillet with mushrooms and wild fennel. The external location is excellent and allows you to overlook the square and the viewpoint, Massimo and his "brigade" are unique as always!
