What a great find! Went to this restaurant when the city was packed for the chestnut festival and we weren't sure if it would be any good. The dishes were well prepared using local and fresh ingredients. We hadn't reserved but the maître made a small space for us and sat us anyways (super grateful)! Make sure to take a look at the woman power in the kitchen. Those ladies are the superwomen of food preparation!

The place is welcoming, the food is excellent, and the owner and staff are kind and courteous. We ordered fried mushrooms and two first courses. Everything was excellent, flavorful, and delicate.

Located in the center of Soriano, the place is welcoming and the staff are very kind. It is already the second time that we have been there because in this period they have the autumn menu with exceptional and very fresh porcini mushrooms.

The first courses and porcini mushrooms are very good 😋
... The pizzas seem a little undercooked 🥵
The staff is young and inattentive:
You order 2 main courses 🐗🍄🟫 and then 2 coffees ☕️
but they only bring you 1...
apologizing twice in one meal
... with waits of up to 30 minutes between courses 🙄
On the other hand, the dishes are very well made 😋
The nearby pastry shop makes very good cakes!

Very impressed, really good (local) food, staff excellent. You won't be disappointed.
I'd have rated a 4.5 if that was possible.
This is what eating out should be.
Update 23/8/24, so back in Soriano after a couple of years and tried again.
Food still fantastic, indulged in the breaded lamb cutlets again, still as good.
Pizza was excellent too.
Restaurant is spotlessly clean and all the staff are so nice and very attentive.
Oh, and the kind of toasted flat bread that comes with the normal bread at the start is devine.
