A weekend in Piano Battaglia made us discover this restaurant which is located in the center of Polizzi Generosi. A place with a medieval flavour, to visit and above all to taste for the Thai dishes (the owner's wife is Thai). Pizza with sourdough and ancient Sicilian grains, cooked in a wood oven, excellent. A blast from the past. Courtesy and thoughtfulness to complete a quiet evening, in a fairy-tale setting and with food that appealed to the palate. Thank you generous Polizzi

So very particular place and very aesthetically beautiful. Then as regards the service it is excellent always available on every occasion but above all the food...... and incredible. Very good and above all typical of the place I recommend it to everyone go there

A fantastic engaging place in a medieval atmosphere. The manager, Domenico, is very kind and ready to recommend the best dish from the kitchen. Not to be missed. We will definitely be back.

We arrived at Templari after the advice of a friend who told us it was the best Thai cuisine in Sicily. After trying it ourselves we can only confirm this information! Thanks to Domenico for the food, the friendliness and for also advising us on what to visit in the town.

Enchanting place, immersed in a group of houses in this fantastic village that is Polizzi Generosa. Very homemade but genuine food. In short, like at your Sicilian grandmother's house. Ps. I also recommend tasting the delicacies cooked by the Thai owner's wife.

Beautiful old building within the remains of an ancient castle. The owners are very friendly and happy to share the history. The husband has lived in this unique village his entire life and is a fount of information. He also speaks English quite well. Food was great and very affordable. The wife is Thai so you can have Sicilian or Thai food.

08/02/2025: Nice place, very welcoming. Very professional, kind and friendly staff. Excellent quality ingredients. Delicious pizza! Average price. Excellent price/quality ratio. Advised. For couples/families/friends.
31/01/2025: I have to be honest, last night I went to the restaurant with some friends, everything was good from the appetizer to the pizza, only one thing I didn't like, the price of the BRUSIO white wine which the menu put on the QR was priced at 10.00 euros, then I and the bill arrived and on the receipt it was priced at 12.00 euros, not for the 2 euros, but for the correctness.
