The place is very peaceful and serene. Eating surrounded by nature is sacred. The lunch was Thai and delicious. The dessert was the best of all; the caramel crunch and the cake go perfectly together! Affordable prices and excellent service.

A pleasant discovery in the heart of this mountain-clad village. Super cute and well-kept, with traditional local and Thai dishes. Everything is wonderful, authentic, and delicious. Highly recommended.

Superlative
During a photography exhibition in Polizzi Generosa, we looked for a place to have lunch and, intrigued by the Thai dishes, we went for it.
It was such an unforgettable experience that we repeated it with dinner, trying other dishes.
We definitely recommend both the restaurant and the Thai food.
The tamarind-infused pork and Thai rice and rice noodles, not to mention the Thai appetizers, were divine.
We will definitely return to Polizzi and to the Templari, which we discovered is also a B&B.
Highly recommended. The owners and staff are friendly, welcoming, and kind.
Enjoy the peace and quiet of savoring a meal without rushing or stress.

We went to the restaurant on July 5th and it was an unexpected but very pleasant experience. Everything is top: the location, the service and the food. There is quite a wide choice and the price / quality is excellent. I can recommend it to everyone.

Just wow! The creamy pasta with sausage and mushrooms was one of the best pastas I have had in Sicily! Very flavourful yet perfectly balanced! Very generous portions too! We had the little patio all of ourselves which was beautiful, serene, and had great music! The owner was very kind and the setting is very unique (in an old castle)

Facendo la via Francigena Normanna abbiamo soggiornato ai Templari. Consigliato, Domenico molto gentile ci ha preparato un menù degustazione fantastico ed anche la colazione era molto ricca. Complimenti
