We were looking for a little restaurant along the way back home (Palermo)... the positive reviews convinced us to try it... it was a real surprise, the place enchanting... the owner kind and helpful, SUBLIME food everything.... you absolutely have to try the Thai dishes, there really are no words to express their delight... see you soon definitely thank youeee

We had dinner there on a Saturday evening. The location is beautiful, with a welcoming atmosphere. The rustic appetizers and first courses are delicious, and you can also choose to dine on Thai specialties. The cuddiriunu for dessert is delicious. Excellent value.

You wouldn’t believe it but in a beautiful picturesque village of just 3,000 people and possibly less than 10 restaurants, they have unbelievable Thai food. The Sicilian chef met his Thai wife in Thailand who cooks unbelievable. Even if you aren’t staying at the hotel, you will be so surprised and delighted to visit. Service was impeccable. We got the antipasto, pad Thai and Sicilian salad. My wife and I highly recommend!

Wonderful place, calm, quiet, and immersed in silence. The staff is friendly, and the food is simply indescribable, superbly delicious and very reasonably priced. The selection of spirits is fantastic, and the homemade ones are a must-try, along with the excellent desserts. Highly recommended for everyone.

Facendo la via Francigena Normanna abbiamo soggiornato ai Templari. Consigliato, Domenico molto gentile ci ha preparato un menù degustazione fantastico ed anche la colazione era molto ricca. Complimenti

18/10/2025: The location is very elegant, the staff welcoming. Great music, excellent cocktails, and top-notch cuisine.
27/09/2025: I'd eyed this place for its aesthetics, but I'd never plucked up the courage to go in. Luckily, a friend's invitation to dinner turned out to be a fantastic surprise. The food is refined and out of the ordinary, with a clever blend of flavors that's sophisticated, balanced, and truly enticing. We tried several excellent dishes: the panelle with avocado cream and shrimp tartare (an excellent reinterpretation), the spaghetti with tenerumi and shrimp, and the mezze maniche with octopus ragù. Everything was delicious. The sweet finish, with chocolate cream and a wonderful crumble, was the perfect touch. The staff was friendly and very helpful, contributing to the pleasant atmosphere. One detail I really appreciated was the visit from the chef, Azzurra d'Arpa, who explained the dishes and even gave us Thai basil seeds: a gesture that demonstrates passion and customer care. With background music completing the picture, the atmosphere is that of an intimate and welcoming restaurant. I was pleasantly satisfied.
