Couple's dinner, Everything was excellent, I couldn't ask for more. Perfectly presented dishes, prepared with quality products, excellent on the palate and impeccable service.

We stumbled across this restaurant while making a short stop to stretch our legs. We were so happy with the food, eaten in a lovely garden courtyard with excellent service. We ordered the Sicilian options but they also have a Thai food menu, as one of the owners is from Thailand.

I had a great time, accurate service, very courteous owner and particular location. The dishes were well presented and above all very good.

During a splendid summer day working on the Madonie Mountains, my partner and I had the pleasure of having lunch at the “I Templari” restaurant in Polizzi Generosa. The dining experience offered by this charming restaurant was simply extraordinary, and certainly deserves a rave review. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, whose courtesy and professionalism immediately made the atmosphere welcoming and relaxing. The restaurant is located in a historic building that evokes an ancient charm, perfectly integrated with the breathtaking landscape of the Madonie. With great surprise, we discovered that the restaurant also offers a selection of Thai cuisine, a true rarity in a small village in the Madonie. Curious and passionate about exotic flavours, we decided to explore this unexpected culinary proposal. As a starter, we chose the full Thai dish. The spring rolls were crispy and light, filled with fresh vegetables and accompanied by a delicious sweet and sour sauce. The chicken satay was perfectly grilled and flavorful. The octopus meatballs are surprising For the first course, we opted for a classic of Thai cuisine: pad thai. The rice noodles, sautéed with shrimp, tofu, bean sprouts and peanuts, were a riot of flavors and textures, well-balanced between sweet, salty and spicy. In conclusion, the “I Templari” restaurant in Polizzi Generosa proved to be a true hidden gem. The quality of the food, the welcoming atmosphere and the impeccable service made our lunch an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to taste true Thai cuisine in a historical and evocative context of the Madonie.

Lovely place with indoor and outdoor seating. Exquisite local food as well as Thai cuisine. Highly recommended

Didn’t stay at the hotel but ate at the restaurant, the service was great! Food was very nice for a good price and the server was really kind and fun to talk to after dinner :)
