This is a restaurant you absolutely must try! Very few tourists—only locals—because it's not located on the most popular tourist streets, but you'll get to taste the Roman specialty (cream and pepper pasta on a bed of Parmesan cheese…) and a smooth tiramisu. The decor is a bit dated, but the food is excellent! I highly recommend it!

As soon as we arrived in Rome, we looked for a restaurant in Trastevere to eat authentic Roman carbonara and supplì, and we ended up here by chance. The carbonara was delicious, to say the least, as were the supplì. The staff was super friendly. It left us with a wonderful memory, and we'll definitely be back.

What can I say... we tried it one night and went back the next. The food was plentiful, I had the best "cacio e pepe" ever, the location was welcoming, and the service was courteous. The walls are decorated with photos of numerous VIPs who have passed through the restaurant, not just Italian ones.... Highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality.

This restaurant is popular with locals, which is why we stopped in. We looked at the menu outside without being bothered or pressured by the staff (which is rare!). We were then seated and ordered one Roman-style artichoke, two rigatoni pasta, and two glasses of pecorino cheese, for a total of €37 for two people. The service was very friendly and the price was quite reasonable. 👍

26/02/2026: The food is excellent, Roman cuisine, plentiful and flavorful, with excellent fried foods. The place is small, so when it's busy, it can get a bit noisy, but that's a welcome feature. If you're in a hurry, we've experienced slow service a couple of times, but nothing disastrous.
23/02/2026: We got ravioli with pumpkin sauce and it doesn't worth it to that price. 13 euro just for a few pieces! Crazy

14/03/2026: I did enjoy the Italian cuisine, specially at this restaurant. I suggest all to Try their authentic Pasta Carbonara. You could fell the freshness of ingredient and the harmonic mixture. Complimento allo chef, e grazie per una bella serata.
08/03/2026: A gem in the rough. Needed somewhere quick before the rugby. Found this place and thought it would be a tourist trap. How wrong we were. Pasta dishes were amazing and place was mix of locals and tourists. Will definitely return.
