The kindness of the staff in answering questions about the dishes and their willingness to explain the ingredients on the menu were particularly appreciated points. The waiting time after ordering was also absolutely reasonable, with no long waits.

The menu, despite its simplicity, is well curated and represents a perfect fusion between tradition and innovation. It's clear that the managers put a lot of passion and care into what they do, and this is reflected in every aspect of the experience.
