Average. Nothing special. The line in Brera is much better than by the location by the Duomo. The portions are not very generous for what you get for gelato usually. You are paying for them to make your gelato in a cone look like a flower. Be mindful they do not make your gelato look like a flower if you order it in a cup. It's a cone only.

You should have looked at their rating before going in. Two girls with zombie expressions, very unpleasant. I chose an ice cream container and tried to make a choice, but no one approached me, the girl at the checkout just hid behind a column, and I stood and waited for 5 minutes. It turns out you have to pay first (well, sorry, I forgot that you are not a restaurant). No one even called me to the checkout, I just stood and waited for something unclear. There weren't many customers. The second one was just messing around, waiting for me to figure it out myself. Why keep such staff?
