SERVIZIO: 10. Il proprietario del ristorante, nonché cameriere, è molto molto disponibile. Abbiamo anche richiesto un piatto fuori menù (per vegetariani) davvero ottimo!
MENU: 9. Portate tipiche piemontesi a base di carne. Poca scelta per vegetariani (ma il proprietario è più che disponibile per cucinare alternative). Agnolotti, salumi e vitello tonnato davvero squisiti, antipasto misto molto abbondante.
CONTO: 9. Prezzi onesti, adeguati alle portate. C'è anche un menù a prezzo fisso a 30 euro (che credo sia ottimo per mangiatori seriali).

Experience definitely above expectations. Excellent dishes, truly exquisite and refined raw materials. Very kind and calm service. The furnishings are a bit basic, but believe me the cuisine is truly exceptional.

Very good value for money (they have both a tasting menu for €32 and an à la carte menu). We particularly appreciated the hot appetizers (example: pepper with bagna cauda and frits) and their Russian salad. A note of merit goes to the courteous and discreet service, and the possibility of visiting an Infernot located in the basement of the building!

An excellent restaurant. My wife and I had already been there when visiting the Infernot in Fubine Monferrato. The cuisine is simply delicious, starting with the starters. Personally I love their Russian salad (with tuna sauce!!!!). However, the first and second courses are also of a good standard. Compared to last time we found the prices slightly increased. Last night we had dinner with: hot mixed starter for two people (mixed cold cuts, Russian salad, veal with tuna sauce, peppers with bagna cauda, fried food and vegetable flan), braised agnolotti, tagliolini with wild boar. All very good. We will definitely return, our compliments to the chef

Excellent true Piedmontese cuisine from appetizers with bagna cauda, first courses with agnolotti, rabaton to bunet. Delicious pears (obviously Martin sec) to wine. There is also infernot, a UNESCO world heritage site like the others of Fubine, worth visiting. The building is beautiful and also the gigantic elm trees.

Proposta di menù degustazione( antipasti freddi e caldi, 1 primo e 1 secondo a scelta, dolce, cagge,vino e acqua € 30) oppure a scelta. Menù della tradizione piemontese.
Le porzioni sono abbondanti, il cibo buono e gustoso! Servizio preciso e attento.
Il locale mi è piaciuto, è stato arredato in modo fresco, moderno e con qualche tocco originale. L'infernot è veramente bello!
