We discovered Trattoria Pizzeria Ai Due Delfini almost by chance during a visit to Palmanova, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The environment is welcoming, well-kept and reflects the typical warmth of the trattorias of the past. The staff is kind, attentive and always ready to advise with a smile. The menu offers an excellent variety of typical Friulian dishes and pizzas cooked to perfection. We tasted both the kitchen and the pizza: everything was delicious! The homemade first courses deserve a special mention, as do the desserts. Generous portions, fresh ingredients and more than fair prices complete the picture of a place where you eat well and feel at home. Absolutely recommended to those looking for good food in a convivial atmosphere in the historic heart of Palmanova.

Ai Due Delfini is a welcoming and well-kept pizzeria restaurant, ideal for an evening in company of good food. The environment is familiar and the staff are always kind and attentive. The pizza is truly delicious: light dough, well cooked and fresh ingredients. The dishes are also excellent, with generous portions and genuine flavours. The selection of wines and beers is also excellent. The service is fast but never rushed, which makes the experience even more pleasant. A place where you will gladly return, recommended for those looking for quality and warmth.

A few years ago I discovered a delicious dish, vitello tonnato, but the last 2 times I've asked for this dish I've found 4 slices of good meat placed on top and something underneath that seems leftover from some steak that has nothing to do with vitello tonnato... you'll do anything to make money.

We decided to have lunch at this restaurant and we were not wrong. The beef tagliata and grilled vegetables were excellent, the meat was juicy and plentiful. The second course was spaghetti with fruti di mare, also plentiful and tasty. With 3 glasses of wine, the total cost was €43.
