È da più di 30 anni che desideravo andarci… o almeno, così mi è sempre sembrato! Mio padre e mia madre ci andavano spesso con i loro amici, e ascoltare i loro racconti mi ha fatto crescere con la curiosità e il desiderio di vivere anch’io quell’atmosfera. Finalmente, a 56 anni, ci sono riuscito: ho potuto andarci con parte della mia famiglia. Adoro questi luoghi che sembrano rimasti sospesi nel tempo, con arredi e ambienti che conservano il fascino di una volta, ma curati con grande attenzione e con uno stile ben definito. In sala ho trovato una straordinaria ospitalità e una gentilezza autentica. I piatti? Semplici – proprio come piacciono a me – ma di altissima qualità, preparati con cura e passione.
