English: I am thrilled with my stay in this wonderful hotel! Elegance, courtesy, and politeness of every single member of the staff, in addition to the enchanting location, have made sure that my short but intense stay in Gubbio will remain in my most pleasant memories. Quiet room, extremely clean, soft atmosphere, delicious dinners, surprising breakfasts for quality and quantity, the relaxation that can be felt in every corner of the structure which is perfectly air conditioned (outside the heat was challenging), the reception staff ready to answer every question with kindness. The beautiful swimming pool with the external structure equipped with a very well-kept solarium. But I repeat, in addition to the beauty of the structure, what made me very happy was the discreet and very polite relationship with every single person of the staff (no one excluded), which in my opinion is the most important thing for a stay of total relaxation and well-being. From those who looked after the rooms to the restaurant and breakfast staff, every encounter contributed to a feeling of total relaxation. The location of the hotel is also extraordinary, a stone's throw from the center and the Roman theater, places that I visited on foot, without ever moving the car. Umbria is wonderful and the Park Hotel ai Cappuccini is yet another pearl of this region!! Congratulations to everyone.

As soon as we arrived we said wow and when we entered and saw what the structure offered us the wow was double. They immediately made us feel pampered and at ease.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Service was great, start to finish. We got the half board, so it included breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was amazing, we took our time and enjoyed it. Dinner was great too, with a great staff to serve it. The hotel itself is really nice, has been renovated very well and has something cool to see around every corner. We loved the setting, the grounds are beautiful and location is perfect for views and access to Gubbio. They even had a cold bottle of wine for us in our room at checkin. If we ever make it to Gubbio again, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

The stay was sublime. For me this Hotel represents perfection from every point of view: location, rooms, SPA, breakfast, restaurant, internal environments and, what is not to be taken for granted, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I summarize in one sentence: the other structures scattered around Italy should take lessons from this Hotel, here we are at the top of hospitality, receptivity and professionalism.

My stay was LOVELY, I found a very welcoming, clean, well-kept environment, with particular attention to the guest. The staff is always very helpful and kind, a special thanks to Giulia from the SPA center and Marco from the bar/restaurant service, very attentive, who pampered and spoiled me! I needed total relaxation and well-being and here I found exactly what I was looking for! The room was wonderful, equipped with every comfort and very convenient for accessing the wellness center. Thank you for making my stay a beautiful memory and we will definitely see you again in the autumn.
