Rooms, spa, restaurant, and breakfast, all superb. Weekend with a friend where we felt pampered in every way. A special applause to Mrs. Lorena from the spa, who was exceptional with the massage she gave me. We will definitely be back, it's worth it.

I stayed for the third time in this structure with its immutable charm, always with great pleasure. However, I couldn't help but notice some small inefficiencies. The common areas (breakfast room, massage rooms) were cold. The breakfast was set up in a disorganized manner and with a cafeteria department that was not up to par. Small moles that can definitely be resolved. Another note, it is absurd to charge hotel guests for access to the spa.

We were favorably impressed by the kindness, availability and smile of the staff inside the structure, the hall and the wellness center. By the way, a beautiful spa (maybe if the water in the hydromassage and pool had been warmer, it wouldn't have been bad, small detail). Speaking of dinner, exquisite food, extraordinarily professional waiters, all they lack is a smile to offer customers while tasting the meals (the sommelier offered his expertise as if he were in a school rather than a restaurant). I understand that offering smiles is not included in the service, but it wouldn't have been bad, it would have given pleasure. Too serious, but I repeat, perfect in serving customers. In the morning, a rich and abundant breakfast, we didn't really appreciate the constant shouting of a waitress (head of the room?) who did nothing but direct all the staff as if they were inside a military complex (she shouted continuously) rather than in a hotel where people just want to relax after spending a night resting from the strains of everyday life. however, the stay is highly recommended. we hope after this review, they will want to welcome us again.

Really beautiful complex in terms of structure and surrounding landscape. The Park Hotel Ai Cappuccini welcomes you with elegance and warmth, its furnishings are sober and elegant, blending perfectly with its peaceful atmosphere. The staff (reception, bar and restaurant) are attentive, kind and never intrusive. The SPA, with its staff, is simply one of a kind, with large common areas and a variety of options for the treatments offered. Finally, the truly exquisite food with many local offerings and some even Km 0. We were truly welcomed masterfully. Congratulations, we will be back!

A wonderful place, beautiful hotel, EXCELLENT food (I think I've never eaten so well, every dish was perfect), convenient for going around Gubbio, I couldn't visit the Spa for personal reasons but I spoke with the other vacationers and have all praised the Spa and services. Really worth a tour!

I gave my husband a day spa with lunch included, we had a wonderful time, excellent food, excellent cleanliness, magical place... Super!

Excellent experience. Friendly, smiling and always available staff. Comfortable and spotless room. Fairytale structure. The restaurant is also excellent where the service, however, could be a little more "relaxed" and less nervous.

Splendid structure on the hill just outside Gubbio. Impeccable service, excellent dinner (we had chosen half board), good wines from the estate and at honest prices. We did not use the Messeguè spa, but we were able to enjoy the heated indoor pool and the panoramic terrace for sunbathing and being massaged by water features. Rich breakfast buffet. All perfect.
