Ah bein presents itself as a community center, but it's more than that: in a quiet room with just a few tables, there's a restaurant serving traditional Reggio Emilia cuisine that doesn't make you miss the dishes your grandmothers and mothers used to make. It retains the warm welcome of the community center, treating guests like "family." Highly recommended!

A very simple place, but the food is a triumph of authenticity, made with love. The tortelli are all delicious, no matter which one you choose. Gnocco and tigelle with cured meats, all delicious, and finally the chocolate cake, the apotheosis... we'll definitely be back, and I want to try the boiled meats next time.

Tucked away on a side street off Via Canalina, this place, discovered by chance, won us over with the delicious food and the friendly owner. Exceptional cured meats, dry and fragrant fried gnocco, and a vast selection of tortelli, all handmade. Highly recommended!

I accompanied my mom on her birthday. Being a huge tortelli fan, she indulged in trying slightly unusual flavors. They were all truly excellent, including the "drunk" ones, which were truly top-notch. The staff was very friendly, professional, and local. An added bonus is the option to book via the app.

We'd been to Ah bein- La Tortelleria before, and it was a pleasant confirmation. Simple place, fast service, excellent tortelli of all kinds, and superb fried gnocco! Plus, the manager was kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back! Thank you.

28/10/2025: There are some magical encounters...chosen by chance on the way home, upon crossing the threshold, a world opened up in a setting that encapsulates the history of the place and the flavors of traditional products, treated with kindness and respect. A place that encompasses excellence and a host who knows how to express his dedication to what he offers and to his guests. In this case, yellow flowers weren't needed to stand out...or maybe they were there, but only we saw them!

16/09/2025: We had dinner a few days ago and had a great time. Delicious erbazzone, porcini mushrooms, meat main course, and desserts. Really nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful service. Very good ribs. We'll definitely be back 🤩
