For a Communion, I had the pleasure of tasting some "millimeter zero" dishes! Nettle meatballs, and "purslane" (some affectionately call it "pucchiacca"), to name a few, and zucchini... such a simple yet often boring vegetable... presented in a truly appetizing way. My heartfelt compliments, coming from someone who eats these products every day at home because they're lucky enough to grow them, but tasting them like this... is a whole different story! Definitely recommended!
