"Don't go there under any circumstances!!!" - you might want to shout, because this trattoria should remain a hidden gem! But since we also want others to enjoy good food: The food here is simply incredible 😍 We completely abandoned our New Year's resolutions in light of the exquisitely crafted dishes. From the mixed appetizer by Zia Catia, the fluffy ricotta gnocchi, the Provençal-style pork tenderloin (to die for!), to the incredibly delicious desserts (yes...we had three and don't regret a thing), everything was absolutely perfect! We will definitely be back!

Very pleasant place, with friendly, but not always attentive, service. The food, prepared with local ingredients, offers some truly excellent dishes, while others are a bit disappointing... and the prices are fair. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes and perhaps change our opinion.

A corner of paradise hidden among the colors and scents of nature. I had the pleasure of dining at this trattoria and left with a light heart and a happy palate. The garden is a marvel: full of light, flowers, and thoughtful details that create a relaxing and poetic atmosphere. It's like stepping into an Impressionist painting, where every table is immersed in greenery and beauty. The dishes are simply superb. Every course is a journey of flavor, with fresh ingredients and surprising combinations. From the first to the last bite, you can sense passion, technique, and love for cooking. The flavor is authentic, intense, and memorable. The service is kind, discreet, and attentive, perfect for an experience that goes beyond simply eating: it's a moment to remember.

Sunday evening was my third time dining here. The food has always been good, but this time they outdid themselves. The evening featured a fixed menu with a wine tasting, carefully selected to accompany each dish. The carpaccio was delicious, the cacio e pepe pici with truffle was exceptional, followed by a sublime pork fillet with fig sauce, and finally, a delicious torta della nonna. Generous portions, top-quality ingredients, impeccable preparation, and the accompanying wines were more than spot-on. The owner, Giacomo, is an excellent host. He explained the dishes and wines and stayed at the table for a pleasant chat at the end of the meal. I wouldn't have changed a thing about this dinner; it was simply perfect.

A quiet and welcoming place nestled in the Maremma countryside. Good food. The staff is attentive, even to your four-legged friends. What can I say? It's worth a visit.

Wonderful and romantic location, fast service from a very friendly and super-nice owner, top-quality dishes from appetizer to dessert, and an excellent value. We'll definitely be back.
