Giacomo and his farmhouse: warm but not intrusive welcome from the owner, Giacomo, as if I were a long-standing customer. Typical Maremma cuisine with excellent quality products prepared with skill and simplicity. Maremma ravioli, guinea fowl with cardoons, something off the menu, the latter really good, and then sautéed turnip greens, fresh and delicious. To finish sweet, all with an excellent wine. Balanced and correct price. Thanks for everything.

Informal place but with attention to detail and cleanliness. Friendly staff and practically zero-mile dishes that are excellent and not predictable, from starters to dessert. Honest value for money.

We were looking for a place to have dinner after a day spent visiting the Maremma and we had a great time. The place is small but very welcoming on the outside and has a large area that is certainly used in hot periods. The owner very nice. We tasted several dishes and they were all excellent!!! If we find ourselves in the area we will certainly return and recommend it.

The restaurant is located near Roselle, in the countryside where there is an abundance of small farms offering delicious fruit and vegetables, with asphalted roads, of course, but narrow if you find tractors or other rather heavy vehicles you risk having difficulty passing. The appearance is what you imagine in a similar context, with many seats outside, with many plants, and a not very large room for tables inside. As mentioned, we are in the agricultural area, so there is no shortage of excellent quality raw materials. As a family we had excellent first courses, such as Maremma tortelli, tagliatelle with mushrooms, pasta with aubergines, the tagliatelle with mushrooms, chicken and livers were also delicious, and the desserts were also good. With a Syrah wine in a bottle and coffee, the three of us spent 105 euros (first course for everyone, 2 desserts out of three, 3 coffees) with bitters offered, which I would say is a very honest bill. Good service, dishes brought together, friendly and pleasant staff. Nice find. we will return for sure.

La trattoria si trova vicino a Roselle, in piena campagna dove abbondano piccole aziende agricole che offrono frutta e verdura buonissime, con strade asfaltate, certo, ma strette se trovi trattori o altri mezzi piuttosto pesanti rischi di avere difficoltà di passaggio. L' aspetto è quello che ti immagini in un contesto simile, con molti coperti all'esterno, con molte piante, e una non grandissima sala per i tavoli all'interno. Come detto, siamo in piena zona agricola, quindi la materia prima di ottima qualità non manca. In famiglia abbiamo preso ottimi primi, come tortelli maremmani, tagliatelle ai funghi, pasta con le melanzane , buonissima la tagliata sempre ai funghi, il pollo e i fegatelli, buoni anche i dolci. Con un vino syrah in bottiglia caffè ,in tre abbiamo speso 105 euro (primo secondo per tutti, 2 dolci su tre, 3 caffè) con amaro offerto, conto direi onestissimo. Servizio buono, piatti portati tutti insieme, personale gentile e simpatico. Bella scoperta. torneremo di sicuro.

Sono già 4/5 volte che ritorno con gli amici a cena, ogni volta sia il servizio che la qualità delle materie prime sono impeccabili. Selezione dei vini ampia con etichette importanti. Di tutto il menù consiglio in particolar modo gli gnocchi di ricotta, che a seconda della stagione sono preparati con base e condimenti diversi, e la cheesecake ai fichi.
