We discovered this restaurant by chance, had lunch there, and had a truly excellent experience. The highlight was the white truffle, which, recommended by the owner, I enjoyed with linguine in French salted butter—a true delight. My first course was pricey, but I can't compare it to other places, as I first tasted white truffle at this beautiful agro bistro in San Giovanni Rotondo. I would return to try the other dishes on the menu.

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you immediately notice that it's not your average place, but where the details make the difference. As soon as you take off your coat, the waiter puts it away in the closet. Our table was near the fireplace, a very secluded and relaxing spot for my taste. The lighting was just right. As soon as you sit down, they bring you homemade bread. For appetizers, we chose scottona carpaccio with local ricotta and a beef tartare with burrata. Fantastic! We had a stuffed ravioli paired with porcini mushrooms, all topped with black truffle. Excellent, to say the least! Finally, they outdid themselves with dessert: artisanal panettone with zabaglione cream, freshly churned on a small burner near our table in a copper pot. All elegant! All the dishes were top-notch. Another highlight is the pizza, a must-try. Compliments to the wait staff for the service. We'll definitely return.
