We had dinner at this restaurant and were so happy! The hostess was very kind, the dishes were generous and homemade. The appetizer and octopus were truly delicious. The prices were very competitive. Nice background music on a lovely terrace. Romantic.

Wonderful place, very kind waiters, homemade pasta, the only flaw, the lack of an English menu, the diners next to us had a lot of difficulty ordering.

It's an ideal setting for those who want to live immersed in nature, just steps from the sea. You can take beautiful walks and then relax by the pool. The cuisine features all the typical Salento dishes, using quality, locally sourced ingredients. Fabrizio is a wonderful host, always available and available, but never intrusive. Every time I return, it feels like home.

Agriturismo Serine has a charming location with great potential. However, our experience at the restaurant wasn't as positive. First, they offered us two local craft beers, but to our surprise, they were 33cl beers from Spoleto (PG), selling for €8 each. A price a bit too high for the quality and origin of the product. Congratulations! The appetizer was good and plentiful, although the ingredients were a bit poor and not always well-prepared. The side dishes didn't live up to expectations. The vegetable "ratatuie" was unappealing, and the horse meat in the main course was tough and drowned in flavorless tomato sauce. The bombette were also not particularly popular. The low point of our experience was the semifreddo, which was brought completely frozen and remained inedible for half an hour. In the end, we decided to abandon it. Congratulations. In short, Agriturismo Serine needs to improve the quality of its cuisine and service management to fully realize its potential. We hope they'll take our comments into account to improve their offerings, but that certainly won't happen. And finally, the value for money was truly disappointing: the four of us ordered the €30 menus each, but we ended up spending €150, and I was left speechless. Considering the quality of the food and the service, we can only say it wasn't a good deal.

We had dinner at Agriturismo Serine, an enchanting location surrounded by greenery, where nature and tranquility meet in perfect balance. The food, typically Salento, is of excellent quality: genuine dishes, rich in flavor and prepared with care. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the owner, Fabrizio, welcomed us with authentic kindness, making us feel like special guests. His way of doing things, elegant but never ostentatious, reflects an evident nobility of spirit. An experience that I recommend to those looking for taste, human warmth and authentic beauty, admiring a wonderful swimming pool from the restaurant terrace.

We went for dinner. Lovely place, excellent food. The vegetables were the best I've ever eaten, I think. Attention to detail and friendly and professional staff. The owner is an exquisite person, a true and serious professional in catering, tourism and hospitality. It's impossible not to go, especially if you're in the area. Book in advance because the restaurant is often full because it's well known by foreigners too. Absolutely competitive prices considering the quality of the offer.

We went as a family for dinner. It was the most authentic Italian experience of the entire trip. The food was spectacular and authentic, without being touristy. The only downside was that since we ate in the countryside, there were some mosquitoes, but nothing a bandana could fix. The owner was super nice and has a beautiful sustainable project. 100% recommended.
