We arrived completely wet due to a sudden storm, but the staff was extremely attentive and offered us dry cloths to make us feel at ease straight away. The food was simply extraordinary. All the products were fresh and genuine, a true celebration of local flavours. You could clearly perceive the owners' passion in enhancing each ingredient, transforming it into dishes that reflect the culinary tradition of Basilicata. One of the most fascinating parts of our visit was being able to access the kitchens. The owners, friendly and nice, welcomed us warmly and told us the history of their restaurant, sharing with us anecdotes and secrets of their culinary art. The farmhouse is surrounded by nature, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere that makes the whole experience even more special. Located in Melfi, in Basilicata, it is the ideal place for those looking for an authentic gastronomic experience in an enchanting setting.
