We tasted real delicacies. From appetizers with exceptional cured meats and cheeses, to first courses with exclusive ingredients. The second courses such as lamb are truly delicious.

Excellent farmhouse with excellent dishes and a location surrounded by greenery, I have been to this place several times and it is always pleasant to return and taste different dishes, good cold cuts and cheeses, even the first courses and the meat are no different, the cuts are good that the cost. The wines are few but good and at very honest prices, creative desserts (terramisu) which I recommend. All in all, the price is honest, it's a little higher than the usual farmhouses, but also of quality... So nothing to say.

Surrounded by greenery, this place was a pleasant discovery. Beautiful and very well-kept location. We had dinner with a couple of friends. Service as good as the food. Prices average. For those who want to spend a day out but not far from Rome this is the right place

Posto bellissimo e curato camerieri eccezionali e poi cucina sublime con prodotti di loro produzione ,dagli antipasti ai dolci tutto straordinario, rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. CHE DIRE ormai per me E'diventata una vera Garanzia se vuoi mangiare e fare una Bellissima figura a SAN GERMANO DEVI ANDARE .RAGAZZI SIETE FORTI ANDATE AVANTI COSI .GIANFRANCO SIMONA E GIULIA

28/06/2024: Booked at very short notice and was fortunate to secure a table. What an experience! This restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. Firstly, the service was impeccable - the wait staff were attentive and so engaged and proud in presenting what Chef Danielle Lippi had prepared. The wine parings were not only perfect, but every one of them was a wine we had never tried (or even heard of), nor had we ever tried most of the varieties presented. The food itself was wonderful - some of the combinations were things you’d might never consider, such as a cauliflower and white chocolate puree that accompanied a cod with caviar, or the Almond, Rhubarb and Strawberry foam/anglaise that had powdered caper leaves sprinkled on it. Our final surprise came after we asked one of our waiters to send our thanks and compliments to the chef for such a memorable meal. Chef Danielle suddenly appeared from the kitchen to also thank us in return for coming and to ask us for our thoughts on various dishes. Such an impressive and engaging man with an obvious passion and pride for what he does. What a great night! If you’re ever in Rome, do yourself a huge favour and have dinner at Acquolina!

07/08/2024: I simply recommend trying the food and if it meets your taste you will love it. Excellent service, excellent value for money, a little piece of Korea in Rome... it can be addictive.
06/08/2024: Fully satisfied with the experience we had in this place, which, unlike other restaurants in the same category, is very accessible even for those who do not know Korean culture. The menu is set up very well, clear and full of photos and explanations which also allow you to learn a little more about the culinary traditions of this beautiful oriental country. Even though it might seem like a place aimed mainly at Western customers (and it certainly is), the feeling is that they still don't give up on seeking out the original tastes of Korea. The waiters and staff are all very kind and friendly, they are all very young. Quick and efficient service.
