It's said that years ago, a farmer wanted to be a tavern keeper, and from this clean, organized idea, the concept of agritourism was born. The word "agritourism" was soon used by food production and retail companies in the restaurant world—unfortunately, I might add—changing the simple reality of agritourism into a mere restaurant business. Know that the "Pozzo d'Ussi" farm is the PURE Sardinian agritourism restaurant. Whether you like it or not, we ate very well and drank even better, but the message I want to convey is that if you want to understand what agritourism is, you have to go to Pozzo d'Ussi. Thank you for everything; everything was excellent, the welcome was wonderful, and you were all wonderful. Thank you for everything. I want to learn how to make your desserts!!!

Agriturismo! This is the real agriturismo. Quality products, authentic and sincere flavors, nothing commercial. The place is simple and unchanged over time, and the price of dinner has remained at 30 euros. Thank you, we'll be back soon!!

Family-run agriturismo. Authentic and delicious food, a simple atmosphere that feels like stepping into the home of a typical Sardinian family. I have to mention the suckling pig, because it's truly exceptional. Stop by if you get the chance!

I had dinner there last week with my family. I have to say the food was truly good and authentic. Kudos to the owners (the porceddu was excellent). In my personal opinion, the dining room decor needs rethinking; it feels a bit dated and cold.

Excellent food!!! For those looking for a typical Sardinian lunch or dinner, this is ideal. We had a divine dinner, and the special thing is that everything is locally sourced, which is increasingly rare these days. What I loved was the aroma of the lemon basil. The set menu was rich and plentiful, and what I appreciated was that, having two children, they themselves advised me to make a single menu for both of them, so these are honest people who love their non-profit work.

Posto stupendo per chi desidera una cena autentica con prodotti quasi interamente coltivati ed allevati da loro e dove si voglia assaporare la bellezza che stava nella semplicità di un tempo, mi ha ricordato un po' l'accoglienza di casa della mia bisnonna quando riuniva tutta la famiglia. Sconsigliato per chi desidera i soliti locali tutti patinati, perfettini e privi di anima, personalmente se abitassi in Sardegna ci andrei spesso!!

Se cercate un’esperienza culinaria genuina, abbondante e dal sapore autentico, l’Agriturismo Pozzo d’Ussi è una tappa imperdibile. Il menù fisso a prezzo competitivo (circa 30€) è un vero viaggio nella tradizione sarda: una sequenza generosa di antipasti fatti in casa, primi piatti gustosi come ravioli di ricotta e malloreddus al sugo, e il celebre maialino arrosto con cotenna croccante, cotto alla perfezione. I dolci e i liquori artigianali chiudono il pasto con un tocco di dolcezza e autenticità. Tutto è preparato con ingredienti freschi, spesso a km zero, e servito in un ambiente rustico e accogliente che fa sentire subito a casa. I titolari sono cordiali e disponibili, capaci di far sentire ogni ospite il benvenuto, anche se con uno stile discreto e familiare. L’atmosfera è semplice ma calda, perfetta per chi cerca una serata lontana dai circuiti turistici e vicina alla vera Sardegna. Consigliata la prenotazione, vista la disponibilità limitata di coperti. Consigliatissimo per chi ama la cucina tradizionale, le porzioni abbondanti e l’ospitalità sincera.
