Very beautiful place in the full spirit of the Murgia.

Fascinating structure, the result of a renovation of great taste and respect, which stands out among expanses of wheat, olive trees and almond trees. A delicious gastronomic experience with traditional flavors offered with delicacy and elegance. The kindness of the staff and especially the owner was extraordinary. Cozy place, furnished with great taste, extremely kind and helpful staff. I was there for a communion, there was a first buffet outside the structure with a master cheesemaker who prepares on the spot, home-made appetizers with aperitifs served on the spot, at the Inside the room the tables were well arranged, in my opinion the structure can accommodate events of a limited scope, moving on to the very appreciable starters, the wines are served in bottles of a good standard, to be appreciated by the very young but qualified staff, let's move on to the second cheek cbt from the menu here I was disappointed the meat was well cooked but the seasoning that gave it flavor was missing. In the moments of break since there was no music for the kids there were some very good entertainers who organized games much appreciated by the children to conclude a final buffet of desserts always outside to conclude the event

Welcoming, elegant and certainly characteristic location far from the classic concept of Murgian farmhouse. Menu per person of €50 with aesthetically refined courses but not as abundant as expected from a farmhouse. The quality of the food was excellent as was the service. Overall good value for money. An experience definitely worth repeating

Abbiamo prenotato al termine di una visita a Castel del Monte proprio a ridosso dell orario di pranzo di domenica e nonostante il locale fosse gremito sono riusciti a trovarci un tavolo per due. Il luogo è bellissimo, in piena campagna nel parco delle Murgie. All interno ci siamo seduti in una sala accogliente e ben illuminata. Ci avevano avvertito che essendo domenica ci avrebbero servito un menù fisso a 45, escluso le bevande. Il menù comprendeva 3 antipasti, due primi, un secondo e un dolce e tutto era buonissimo. Ma l aspetto più importante è che nonostante le numerose tavolate da gestire ci siamo sentiti coccolati da tutto il personale di sala che nn mancava di rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta. SUPER. E rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato. Esperienza da ripetere
