Very beautiful place, we were there for a wedding, but it's a shame the rain ruined our initial plans for an entirely outdoor setting.
We had a wonderful dinner; everything was perfect, the staff was very attentive and kind. The only downside was the restrooms, only one for men and one for women.

Just minutes from the picturesque Castel del Monte, we stopped at this agriturismo for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. Excellent value. Definitely try the capocollo, almond, and fig appetizer and the capunto pasta dish with zucchini and cacioricotta.

I need to get comfortable to express the sensations I felt in this place on August 15th.
Agriturismo: how many are there, but how many are rigorous in using their own produce? And then their use... I often witness a frantic search for original flavors, both exotic and surprising, with the result that they often seem simply mysterious and incomprehensible to most. Here, however, I happened to recognize them all simultaneously in their pairings, and this allowed the flavors to develop their harmony. This is what we simple folks want: harmony rather than gourmet.
For those seeking this, I can't say they'll find it here, because it remains subjective, but a try is highly recommended.

Posta Mangeri si trova a pochi km dal castel del monte , se siete nei pressi o volete organizzare un uscita domenicale prenotare qui.. ottima cucina , molti bis , personale cortese , e un finale con un tiramisù ecceziunal veramente come diceva un certo Diego .. poi un po’ di passi a piedi perché avrete assunto sicuramente 20 mila kalorie 😱
