We organized our son's baptism and were very satisfied. Excellent service: the waitresses were always available and served us impeccably. Congratulations! The cold cuts and meat were top-quality, and the appetizers and first courses were also truly excellent. I highly recommend trying the quality of the food. The owners are very friendly and the place is beautiful. The price was also excellent. We will definitely be back. Davide's baptism.

Lovely place, very good food. I was at a company event where they "forced" us to ride a horse, both with and without a saddle. I never would have thought it, but I did it! The riding instructors were excellent!

We stayed at the property for a corporate event, including coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner. A very beautiful location with a variety of activities. The food was good and varied. For lunch, there were various pinsa (typical pinsa) flavors with cured meats and cheeses; for dinner, there were sophisticated appetizers, two first courses, and a fabulous sliced ​​steak. Highly recommended. A plus: being an ETS, there were people with disabilities serving. A great initiative. Congratulations.

21/05/2026: Lovely restaurant on the lido Mandello Del Lario. This restaurant defines excellence in so many ways!! Service staff was attentive but not intrusive. Excellent fixed lunch menu with several options. We will be back!
17/05/2026: I had lunch with my family at Il Giardinetto and it was a sensational experience. The lake views are stunning and the food is excellent: their cuisine is creative and they propose dishes prepared with local fish as well as regional and national specialities. The service is friendly, attentive and well-prepared.

22/03/2026: Hello What can I say: a WONDERFUL discovery! Everything was perfect, but some might say that's the bare minimum for a 5-star hotel. But it wasn't just any 5-star hotel. The experience was worth far more than that. Let's start with the staff. Having stayed in other 5-star hotels, this staff is by far the BEST I've ever encountered, and I mean it. Their kindness and friendliness are rarely seen in the hotel industry. They take excellent care of you, going above and beyond for even the smallest request. Magical. What might seem complicated becomes incredibly simple to execute. Hats off to them! The food is of exceptional quality and freshness. The breakfast was very generous and excellent, and there's a gourmet restaurant, which we unfortunately didn't have the chance to try. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a hammam. A bottle of champagne and fruit were provided upon arrival. Simply magical. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. We had a view of the lake and mountains. A huge thank you to all the staff: Tommaso, Valentina, Davide, Ena, and Andrea. I highly recommend this very intimate, human-scale hotel where human connection truly matters.
