For those seeking a true agriturismo experience, this is the place to be. Friendly staff, a traditional atmosphere, and a restaurant where you can sample traditional Apulian products made on site. The only drawback is the inefficient Wi-Fi, but that may have been an issue with our room. The budget was completely satisfactory, and the location is also convenient for visiting nearby towns like Martina Franca, Polignano a Mare, and Alberobello.

I was there two years ago and now I can say it's improved a lot! The quality of the products is quite medium/high! I found the meat very tender, and the specialty of serving the tagliata with melting caciocavallo cheese on top is unparalleled! The appetizers are good, and there's a strong Apulian flavour to their products!

I wanted to spend a relaxing afternoon by the pool. I have to say, the pool is fantastic, but I had to leave after two hours because the flies were unbearable. I'm really sorry, but something needs to be done.

Exceptional food. The food is divine. But the location needs a makeover right away. The interior is a bit '80s-esque but welcoming. The staff is really friendly. The outside spaces are gorgeous but could use a little more attention.

Beautiful, very characteristic, typical and excellent cuisine. The only flaw is a plastic plate with grilled sausage for €10 🤦🏼‍♂️😨

Il posto è straordinariamente bello. I trulli, la cappella, gli animali della fattoria rendono tutto più speciale. La colazione è il top. Salame, capocollo e mozzarelle sono prodotti da loro e sono per intenditori. L' ospitalità è quella pugliese: eccezionale.

Esperienza a dir poco splendida. Per evadere dalla routine quotidiana della città, ho deciso di trascorrere la Pasqua e la Pasquetta presso questa Masseria. Che dire! Struttura impeccabile, che conserva le caratteristiche della tradizione,che seppur ammodernate ti portano a rivivere il passato. Il tutto coronato dalla annessa azienda agricola, che a riservato per i mie figli esperienze sicuramente indimenticabili. Abbiamo pernottato nell’appartamento “Stalla” Molto molto spazioso e con ogni confort, calcolando che eravamo in 5. Igiene eccellente. Per quanto riguarda i Pranzi e la colazione… che dire! Qualità dei prodotti veramente a km 0, acquistabili anche in un piccolo bazar annesso alla struttura, trasformati con cura e professionalità mantenendo i veri sapori della tradizione. Personale gentile e professione. Concludo salutando il Padrone di casa, il signor Giuseppe,persona disponibilissima e sempre presente capace di far vivere in un posto splendido un esperienza unica e speciale. Alla Prossiama!
