E la terza volta che a seguito previa prenotazione mi reco, anche con altri Amici, presso questo ristorante e difatti non ho avuto niente da ridire rispetto la ottima qualità dei cibi proposti....alla cortesia dei camerieri e della location. Oggi aimé dopo un diversi e gustosi ed eccellenti antipasti, hanno servito un secondo di carne principalmente di piccoli tronchetti delle sole parti inferiori delle zampe di capretto, che oltre ad essere non cotte a dovere, poiché solo arrostite, aggiungo che i pezzetti di zampette ovviamente avevano pochissima carne! (nemmeno uno costicino), altro nel vassoio piccoli pezzetti salsiccia! Che dire...grande delusione... sarà la grande presenza domenicale di diverse persone? non mi spiego! ed avendo anche fatto partecipe il cameriere delle poche ossa presenti nel vassoio... nonché anche carne cruda....nessuna risposta! Pazienza....prendiamo atto! Cordialmente

Beautiful and magical location, enviably positioned in the countryside between Martina Franca and Locorotondo, therefore a favorable place to move easily in the middle of the beautiful Valle d'Itria. Excellent raw materials of own production are the best for traditional dishes, cooked impeccably. More than excellent service considering that on the day of the Epiphany there were many of us spread across the different rooms, however the attentive, vigilant and competent staff never made the diners lack for anything. More than excellent value for money Excellent appetizers, excellent first courses and finally the home-produced grilled meat close the circle together with dairy products for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. Beautiful structure immersed in the Apulian countryside, a stone's throw from Locorotondo. Excellent lunch with their own products, above all the bowlers and sausages. The structure is typical of the place and well looked after. We will be back.

A fantastic lunch, a place surrounded by nature, a real farm, around the structure there are many trulli where you can stay, a large swimming pool and many animals, a place to see

Grande ferme, belle demeure, des trullis, beau jardin et jolie piscine. un petit parc avec des animaux, autruches, anes, paons, biches etc... et bien sur l'exploitation avec vaches et autres. Un espace pour les enfants. le responsable et les employes sont tres sympathiques et tres pro l'originalité d'avoir mis la reception dans la boucherie. La chambre etait correct, mais tres sombre, car une petite fenetre en hauteur, c'est dommage.
