28/07/2024: It's not the first time I've frequented this restaurant which is located in Satriano (Pz) and I believe that going to the "Sotto la Torre" restaurant is always a good experience, always satisfying and, if we want, quite exciting. A cuisine with good personality, rich in local products from both land and sea. The environment, in a beautiful rural setting with ample parking, is well suited with a clean and well-kept room. The service of the young room attendant is attentive, polite, reserved and non-intrusive. The cuisine prepared by the expert Giuseppe is stimulating, modern and non-trivial. The flavors are very distinct and take on a pleasant mix of alternations. The quality of the products and the chef's ability to transform them into modern but at the same time not extreme cuisine is evident. Those who love gourmet cuisine cannot fail to visit this magical place. What we cannot understand is why a restaurant with these characteristics is not present in the guides that count (see Michelin, Rostoranti d'Italia, GuidaMichelin,).
