Never eaten so well in any other Friulian mountain hut!! Sublime ricotta! The yogurt with jam is highly recommended! The service was also excellent and what can I say about the location.. Vote ten 😁🤗

Nice refuge equipped with kitchen, very kind and helpful staff, it is worth visiting especially on hot days because at just over a thousand meters above sea level you can enjoy the right refreshment. From Gemona you travel 11 km of road which is all asphalted except for the last 400 metres, you can get there easily by car or motorbike. Compliments to the staff for their excellent management and kindness.

Lovely place, cheerful staff, home cooking and generous portions! A fantastic salami with vinegar, tasty wild garlic pasta with speck and a yoghurt with home-produced blueberries made the stop after the walk on Mount Quarnan even more special. I recommend parking at the end of the asphalt road and continuing on foot along the last dirt stretch... two steps that might work up an appetite!

Phenomenal cold cuts and cheese platter! The right reward after climbing Mount Cuarnan. To welcome tourists there are also some cute dogs looking for attention and cuddles!

We ate very well, abundant dishes. The place is beautiful. The road to get there is narrow, but well asphalted except for the last km. Where the asphalt ends there is a car park, so it may be convenient to park there and do the last kilometer on foot.
