A place from times gone by where hospitality and courtesy make you feel at home.....excellent dishes that bring to mind memories of those who, like me, were born in the last century...many typical products and many from from own production. The entire fixed menu offers at least a couple of choices and deserves a careful tasting.

Authentic farmhouse on the wonderful hills of Francavilla al Mare, all the dishes are made as they were once done, of the highest quality directly from nature. From the vine the extraordinary wine produced by them under the careful and rigorous eye of the owner Tonino. We have been coming for over fifteen years, usually on Sundays, we have always had a good time and it has never disappointed us!!!

Welcoming and family environment. Very kind staff. Simple and tasty dishes. We had lunch at this farmhouse we found by chance while browsing the internet and it was a wonderful experience. The thing I appreciated most was the absence of a menu. The dishes vary every day. You never eat the same thing, everything is based on the availability of raw materials. We started with the house starters: cheese with chilli jam; fried pizzas and seasoned sausages of their own production; cheese and egg balls; mince pie, peas and mashed potatoes; savory ferratelle with aubergines; scrippelle with turnips; crostini with smoked scamorza, loin of their own production and figs; pancakes with leeks, pumpkin and mushrooms....all amazing (we did an encore!!). As first courses the kitchen offered sagne and beans and tagliatelle with mushrooms and sausage, both excellent and pasta cooked and creamed to perfection. As second courses, stewed pork (it melted in your mouth) and roast lamb with a side of baked potatoes and salad. To finish, sweets produced by them, bitters and coffee. Very high quality products processed with extreme simplicity but very tasty. Excellent quality/price ratio. Excellent lunch, definitely worth returning to savor new "surprises".

Ambiente accogliente e familiare. Personale gentilissimo. Pietanze semplici e gustose. Abbiamo pranzato in questo agriturismo trovato per caso girando su internet ed è stata una meravigliosa esperienza. La cosa che ho apprezzato maggiormente è stata l'assenza di un menù. Ogni giorno le pietanze variano. Non si mangia mai la stessa cosa, tutto è in base alla reperibilità delle materie prime. Abbiamo iniziato con gli antipasti della casa: formaggio con marmellata di peperoncino; pizzette fritte e salsicce stagionate di loro produzione; pallotte cacio e uovo; tortino di macinato, piselli e purè di patate; ferratelle salate con melanzane; scrippelle con rape; crostini con scamorza affumicata, lonza di loro produzione e fichi; frittelle con porri, zucca e funghi....tutto strepitoso (abbiamo fatto il bis!!). Come primi la cucina proponeva sagne e fagioli e tagliatelle funghi e salsiccia, entrambi ottimi e pasta cotta e mantecata alla perfezione. Come secondi stracotto di maiale (si scioglieva in bocca) e arrosto di agnello con contorno di patate al forno e insalata. Per finire dolci prodotti da loro, amari e caffé. Qualità dei prodotti altissima lavorati con estrema semplicità ma gustosissimi. Ottimissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottimo pranzo, da tornare assolutamente per assaporare nuove "sorprese".
