29/10/2025: After hearing so much about this agri-restaurant, I decided to try it, taking advantage of a truffle-themed evening. The location is truly beautiful, the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, I'll stop here, as we had several issues with the service: dirty cutlery; being the first to arrive at the event, we had to wait for the other guests to arrive, after which we were served last only after we pointed out they'd forgotten about us. After the first course, we waited 50 minutes for the first course and another 20 for the second course. For dessert, a fior di latte gelato, unfortunately with ice in it, was brought to us only one, and again, the second course was brought to us only after we requested it. The menu presented is unusual, but adding a few truffle shavings isn't enough to make a dish exceptional. I also shared my point through the feedback requested at the end of the dinner. So, considering the journey to get here and the cost of the meal, it's not worth the effort. I'm truly sorry!
26/10/2025: La Bilaia offers an authentic gastronomic experience, where the cuisine showcases the local area with balance and passion. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the service attentive and discreet. The dishes are well-executed, with quality ingredients and elegant presentation. A must-try for special occasions.
