What must it have been like to book a table for the following evening after your first visit to a restaurant? It was sensational. The T-bone steak, suggested by the owner, was superb. The accompanying vegetables were delicious. The house wine was a perfect match, and the dessert and espresso—as we Swabians say—were fantastic. Excellent service. The only downside is that we're only in Malcesine tomorrow and can only eat here one more time.

Great food. We even had three vegans with us and they made dishes for them. I of course had the mixed grill with roasted potatoes and it was wonderful. I highly suggest going there. We also used the olive oil and balsamic that they make and also the red wine they make. Fifty stars for this restaurant.

I haven't had a sirloin steak of this quality in years. It was cooked to perfection and so tender. A dream. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely eat there again. The friendliness and service were also first-class.

The fillet steak was a dream, melting in your mouth. The fried potatoes were also delicious. The house wine (rosé) was dry but fruity. The service was very attentive and friendly. All in all, a restaurant away from the touristy "pizza and fries" monotony, yet with fair prices. Always a highlight for us in Malcesine.
