Pranzo con amici e parenti una domenica dove siamo stati molto bene, ottima cucina tradizionale Piemontese e personale di sala molto veloce e gentile, locale stile trattoria e ben riscaldato, torneremo e lo consiglio a chi piace stare a tavola un paio d'ore ))))

I was in this establishment on Sunday for lunch, a huge table made up of 16 adults and 4 children. High attention to intolerances and children's needs (there were 2 newborns and two small children). High quality food and exceptional Piedmontese style. We ate mixed fried food, raw meat carpaccio, veal with tuna sauce to name a few dishes, final price €38 each. The structure also organizes receptions (weddings, baptisms, communions), we will definitely return, finally I mention the courtesy of the staff and of Mr. Graziano who welcomed us.

10/10/2025: We toured the cellars and had a tasting. The guide (winemaker) was knowledgeable and thorough. The cellar tour was interesting and informative. The tasting was excellent for the wines, excellent for the cured meats and cheeses, but poor for the bread. Overall, a very satisfying and appreciated experience.
19/09/2025: Gabiano Castle is impeccably preserved and offers a unique atmosphere from the moment you arrive. My wife and I chose to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary here, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We stayed in the 3 Clocks Suite: spacious, spotlessly clean, with an extremely comfortable king-size bed and a splendid view of the internal courtyard. Don't miss the tour of the historic cellars and the wine tasting, which perfectly completes the experience. A much-appreciated bonus: pets are welcome, which isn't a given in properties of this caliber. A stay that will remain in our fondest memories.

25/08/2025: Yesterday we had dinner in a splendid location, excellent dishes and top-quality ingredients. Exclusive and very professional service. At the end of the dinner, a very pleasant tour of the winery was provided, with a great explanation from Riccardo, a member of the family who owns it. The staff and owners were fantastic. And we say this as fellow restaurateurs.
16/08/2025: I've been for dinner several times, and every time everything was top-notch, but this evening they exceeded all expectations. The fresh mushroom risotto was unbeatable in taste, cooking, and presentation. The fried fresh mushrooms were sublime; it was impossible to find even a single flaw. The mushrooms were excellent, the breading just right, not even the slightest trace of grease on the plate. You might say everything was normal, but that's not always the case. Besides a delicious dinner, there was so much more: a beautiful and well-kept setting surrounded by lush greenery and an oasis of peace, soft, very pleasant and relaxing background music, and extremely kind and helpful staff. You couldn't imagine anything better, so a heartfelt thank you to all the staff. Marcella.
