very nice farmhouse, clean and well organised, there were 3 of us for a weekend, spectacular clean and well conditioned room, we wanted to cook in the evening but we had a small inconvenience promptly resolved by the owners in a short time. particular and pleasant swimming pool. I advise

We stayed here for a family wedding recently and had a brilliant time. The rooms are a good size and have a little kitchenette. There is a restaurant that serves food, snacks, drinks, coffee etc. throughout the day. All the food was lovely, esp. the pizza dinner the night before the wedding and the wedding dinner itself. The surroundings are just beautiful and the abbey is super close too.

At the bar you can have lunch with simple, excellent quality products at affordable prices. The flatbreads are very good. Friendly staff and clean place. Outdoor tables available.

We had our wedding at Abbey and the Agriturismo was our venue for 3 days with our guests. From our first contact with wedding coordinator Niko to our wedding weekend all I can say is everything was amazing. The location is absolutely idyllic, the farmhouse buildings and the gardens are beautiful. Every room and apartment are finished with a beautiful mix of classic Tuscan and modern styles. Every single staff member are so friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant and cafe is flawless. Our wedding dinner, the pizza party to welcome our guests the night before and the BBQ on the final day couldn't have been better and that's not even mentioning the antipasto and dessert selection on the wedding day I would recommend the Agriturismo for your wedding or even just to stay for a few nights and soak up the surroundings. Simple stunning from start to finish

Highly recommend it! Loved everything about this place. We stayed there for 6 days with our infant and it was the best experience we had. Dinner was amazing. Angela is awesome, super friendly and played with our little guy the whole time. Great family vibe. Everyone there was super helpful and very friendly. If you are looking for a family spot, this is it.

Wonderful place! Structure of excellence to which the historicity of the environment lends a great hand: basilica and hermitage! Who remembers "Semola" in "The Sword in the Stone"? Well, visit the hermitage. Returning to the farmhouse: even the interior is enveloping! The rooms are very welcoming. The scent is captivating. The restaurant offers a full menu and breakfast. . . with home-made cakes! Whoever tries it tries it again!

La Canonica di Nusenna

04/08/2024: Wonderful location! On the one hand, you found peace and quiet in this small, secluded mountain village in the middle of the vineyards and forests - perfect for relaxing away from the turbulent flow of tourists. On the other hand, it is so cleverly located that you can easily visit Arezzo, Siena (and perhaps Florence) on day trips if you want, and there are plenty of other destinations. La Canonica has been extremely tastefully renovated, everything is very clean. Breakfast is very good. The two hosts are extremely nice and accommodating, explain everything in detail, and are happy to take the time for a little chat when it's convenient. If there is the opportunity to take part in an evening or lunch menu cooked by them, and definitely take part - certainly one of the tasty dinners that we were able to enjoy on our trip to Tuscany. Ristorante Il Borgo di Vescine

19/08/2024: I give this hotel 3 stars and THAT IS ME BEING GENEROUS. My recent stay at this “four-star” hotel in Chianti was underwhelming. If you stay here YOU MUST RENT A CAR. Despite requesting transportation from the airport, the hotel failed to inform us that renting a car would be essential to explore the region without feeling trapped. We wanted to leave and go to wineries, cooking classes, etc.. and it either costed a fortune or was impossible to find a diver. The location is secluded, with no nearby transport options, and there are only two restaurants, both of which were disappointing. For a Tuscany hotel, we were expecting at minimum average food, but no! Definitely not! The service was lacking, with no staff available to serve drinks or provide towels at seating areas. We went to the pool had to scavenge for our own towels, uncover the chairs, etc.. Food options were limited, especially between 2 to 7 PM. Once they close lunch at 2:30pm there is no food in sight. To make matters worse, our room had stained bedsheets and a pilly duvet, which was unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. Not to mention when we arrived to our room we were welcomed with a bag of dirty diapers 🥹. While the staff was kind, the overall experience fell far short of our expectations, particularly in terms of food and basic amenities.
16/08/2024: Amazing place, service and vibe - a must go to if you are Tuscany.
