Farmhouse located at the end of the second stage of the path of the forts, courteous staff, honest prices for dinner, very nice rustic accommodation, the only flaw is perhaps the price not exactly in line with slow tourism, but certainly recommended. Possibility of having a sandwich prepared for the next stop.

For quality of food, location and kindness of the staff I give a 5. Colle del sole is a certainty. BUT this time I was disappointed when it came to the bill: they let a friend of the owner pass me by, and they applied a fixed price that we hadn't asked for. In total for 4 it would have been 10 or 15 euros more, nothing exceptional but I didn't like the way it was done because the fixed price was never communicated to us. Unfortunately I only noticed it at home when I put the receipt away...

Never stayed at the hotel but the restaurant is fantastic! One of my favorites in the area, and the food is the best Italian. Great place for couples and friends! Highly recommend!

16/08/2024: Beautiful hotel within the Abbadia di Fiastra nature reserve. Wonderful location and super relaxing. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, but we still felt rejuvenated after a long journey. Restaurant with generous portions, very honest prices and excellent food. The external location is also beautiful with the lights that create a truly romantic atmosphere. Buffet breakfast with everything you need. I will definitely come back :)
