14/01/2025: The hotel is nice, the restaurant is extremely good, for fish in particular. The best is the service, absolutely flawless.

11/01/2025: I have just returned with my family, we were thrilled to have booked at the Giada restaurant, convinced that it would be a welcome place, unfortunately it was not what we expected... From the menu we chose two fish risottos, a rib eye steak with grilled vegetables, a beef steak with chips plus drinks in general, all good until the very good risottos brought by the waitress who welcomed us, the rib eye was brought from a waiter who didn't immediately bring the grilled vegetables, obviously I ate the steak without waiting for the vegetables which for obvious reasons I couldn't do otherwise, upon arrival of the room I pointed out what had happened which he partially solved by bringing me the vegetables with the rib almost finished. Unfortunately it doesn't end here, for my son I ordered chips and steak as a second course, the waiter arrives with the potatoes without steak and without taking the dishes from our previous meals and without 'hearing' my call requesting to understand when the order could arrive. steak, moral of the story I had to ask for help again on the first visit of the waitress who partially solved the problem as with the grilled vegetables. A real shame about the service which makes the level of satisfaction go down a lot.
