When we arrived, they changed our rented apartment to a room, which we agreed to since we weren't staying long.
We didn't have access to Wi-Fi during our entire stay. Two of the waiters who served dinner were very rude. Neither of them spoke Spanish.
The place is beautiful.

We only used the outdoor spaces because we took children to an event held at the farm called "Children on the Farm," where they could play and spend time with the animals. It was a wonderful experience, and the entire farm area appeared well-kept, as did the animals.

The place is beautiful, the restaurant is large and spacious, the breakfast was good, we also had dinner, the dinner was not bad, the staff was fast and professional, the negative note was the room where we slept, the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress is definitely quite dated, the floor was sticky, the soundproofing was poor... it needs to be re-evaluated

Simply perfect! From the welcoming and well-maintained facility to the truly delicious food, every detail was impeccable. We felt pampered from start to finish. The property is beautiful and welcoming. The exterior is stunning, with meticulous attention to detail and a splendid garden, perfect for ceremonies and events. It's not our first time there; we've also stayed there and had a great time. As for the menu, whatever you choose, everything is delicious, both seafood and meat. We'll definitely be back.

There are no words to describe what a magnificent wedding I celebrated in this super beautiful location.... We got married yesterday and everything was perfect from start to finish. I recommend everyone to celebrate an event at I 4 Ricci.... Thanks to Lenni who organized it, to Nazareno and Roberto who were there for us and supervised the entire evening, and to the waiters, chefs, and all the staff who were super present, attentive, friendly, and precise throughout the service. Thank you all for making our day a true fairytale ❤️
