Beautiful location in the middle of the Marche hills. Magnificent sunsets and fantastic colors. We stayed there in the summer and despite the scorching heat the room was wonderful even without air conditioning. The only flaw is the gravel road, 200 meters of potholes that are not very pleasant for cars. A low car might struggle...

so, I had a very good time, the rooms were clean, the staff was very kind and helpful, the location was perfect. There are also 2 very affectionate cats, and there is also a swimming pool

Magical place, my expectations were far exceeded, a farmhouse surrounded by greenery where the watchword is Relax, the only "noise" that can be heard is that of the cicadas and the surrounding nature, we were also lucky to be able to enjoy the pool completely alone and to enjoy an exquisite poolside aperitif, made entirely of first choice local products. The staff who run this farm are very kind and helpful. The view is breathtaking and the rooms are very simple but functional. The breakfast was also very simple and delicious.

We have just returned from this farmhouse. We spent two days in a relaxing place. The location is very beautiful. The comfortable rooms with excellent panoramic views. Good cuisine, varied and plentiful breakfast. Excellent hospitality and availability.

My boyfriend and I stayed here during the first week of July and, completely unaware of the quality of the place, we booked through smartbox to have a point of support during our itinerary. What should have been a simple place of passage, instead turned out to be a sweet discovery. This farmhouse is a true oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by greenery and is well cared for in all its aspects. Everything conveys care and passion for its customers: starting from the small medicinal creams in the guest room, up to the menu offered during meals. In fact, we find it wonderful that almost everything is self-produced with seasonal vegetables available from your own vegetable garden or fruit trees. The pasta and focaccia are also homemade and were exceptional! The place, small and family run, is made up of a kind and welcoming staff. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to pamper themselves and appreciates the simplicity of what the land offers or is looking for a break made of slow life, far from the rush of everyday life.

Lovely place, excellent service. We found a nice welcome kit with local products. The kit available in the bathroom of high quality. The cuisine made of local ingredients and lots of good Marche tradition is recommended.
