Agriturismo Gioie di Campagna In Fabriano

I highly recommend this place, we had a great time. The staff was very helpful with all our requests, the rooms were clean. Breakfast is the highlight of this agriturismo, it is both sweet and savory and many things are homemade, their extract of the day is amazing. We will definitely be back!

Splendid oasis of peace, located in the countryside not far from Fabriano and surrounded by greenery with an excellent landscape view. I believe it is precisely the location of the place that instills quiet and gives serenity and energy. Strategic to reach Fabriano, Gubbio and the Frasassi caves and more, all are nearby. The rooms are suitable for the type of location chosen. The food is excellent, adequate portions, excellent value for money, (unfortunately I only put two photos I remembered to take photos later) I took a platter of cold cuts, a first course and two second courses, I recommend stopping to eat as well as staying overnight. Super kind and friendly staff, always ready to satisfy any customer need, even for those who suffer from food intolerances, they face everything with a serene smile even in the explanations of the menu and the history of how local wines are produced, difficult to find staff like this these days where everyone believes that everything is owed. The farmhouse also has a swimming pool. Highly recommended

Beautiful location surrounded by greenery, the room very clean and comfortable, the kitchen with a wide choice of quality dishes, very courteous staff who make you feel at home. Absolutely worth trying.

Quiet oasis in the greenery and silence. Rustic but clean accommodation. Courteous and helpful staff. Private parking. Excellent location for visiting cities of art. The cuisine, although repetitive, is good and genuine. Excellent breakfast, varied and natural. Well maintained swimming pool with beautiful views.

Farmhouse surrounded by greenery, where we finally found some true silence, the only "noise" being the birds singing! Very kind staff and excellent food, with a menu enriched with products from their garden. Their jams are absolutely worth trying, especially the onion jam used to accompany the cheese platter. The location is also excellent because it is very close to Fabriano and Gubbio. As for the rooms, we had a nice large apartment in which we found as a welcome kit a homemade body cream and a fruit infusion, the only point of improvement was certainly the soundproofing of the walls because our apartment was communicating with another where there were other guests, one of whom snored like a tractor!! And that among other things in the middle of the night they also tried to access the door that divided us (perhaps they were confused with the bathroom door!!) but I don't feel like blaming the structure. Ah the last gem... the rooms are named after minerals, and some pieces are displayed in the restaurant room... including a giant amethyst. My husband is a passionate collector so we particularly appreciated this choice!

We went there one night thanks to a smartbox, very kind staff, place immersed in the countryside not very far from Fabriano by car. The room on the ground floor does not have shutters on the windows but a wooden door so you can't tell if it's daytime, otherwise it's a room for four with a double bed and a sofa bed, a well-made kitchenette and a large bathroom. There was no air conditioning although I didn't need it, I don't know in summer. The breakfast was sweet with homemade cakes and savory with excellent ham, good and plentiful. The Easter Monday lunch was good and plentiful. If it hadn't been for the wooden doors it would have deserved 5 stars

Surrounded by greenery, a quiet and romantic location. Friendly and welcoming staff. The room was very nice even though ours lacked a television and a wi-fi internet connection since cell phones don't have much reception there 😅. Breakfast probably needs to be reviewed (a little sparse). Advised. 😊

Honestly, I have never found a farmhouse as attentive to cleanliness and details as this one. Exquisite and extremely helpful staff. Clean room as well as the outside despite rainy days. Food only with home-grown ingredients and really good. I definitely recommend also for their strategic position between Umbria and Marche.
