            11/10/2025: For Ferragosto I was in this restaurant which is absolutely one of my favorites.
For those who love to eat excellent traditional meat-based cuisine, this is the restaurant to try and return to. Appetizer based on cold cuts, cheeses and other delicacies for those like me who love grandma's cooking (tripe, caramelized onion, and other delicacies of the local tradition), variety of first courses, I love the Pappardelle with wild boar, but also polenta, gnocchi and other types of pasta to combine with mushroom sauce, roe deer, wild boar, ragù and more. The meat, what can I say, the sliced meat melts in your mouth, delicious steak, grilled meats from another time, your eyes light up as soon as you enter and see the display case of cold cuts, cheeses and the fridge of meat cuts. To close the meal I had the opportunity to order ice cream with sheep's milk, if you don't know it ask for it. If you have the opportunity to go to this place in winter, you will feel like you are in a mountain cabin with the fireplace lit in the center of the room.
Try it and you won't regret it, but book in advance, there are many people who love to eat at this place.
