I had a truly wonderful meal. Classic Sunday lunch dishes were masterfully prepared and served. The menu is extensive, and it's hard to finish, especially given the refills the staff offers. The restaurant is welcoming and bright. Every area is exceptionally clean.

A farmhouse surrounded by nature. An ideal place to spend a day with family or friends. Typical Oltrepo cuisine, very friendly staff. I will definitely be back.

A charming place with a stunning location, 500 meters above sea level and surrounded by greenery as far as the eye can see. The home-cooked food is excellent, from appetizers to desserts. If you sit on the veranda during the warmer months, you might even be visited by a sweet little donkey. The owners are, as is fitting, a little rustic, but everything fits in perfectly. Highly recommended!

We were there recently and have already booked again, the food is very good and plentiful, the Bonarda and grappa are excellent at the end of the meal, the desserts made by them are good as everything else, there were four of us and even though we are good eaters we took home excellent tortelli and ravioli, not to be missed in the appetizers in addition to their cured meats, very delicate Russian salad, spring onions, courgettes, cucumbers, the indescribable BAGNETTO excellent is an understatement, a shame everyone likes it and it finished immediately and no seconds, we thank you for your availability, kindness, courtesy, excellent the tart that I managed to take home (whole) and that more than one has unfortunately tasted, a thousand thanks for everything and see you soon, have a good day to all of you

Nice place, plentiful, very light and digestible food, fast service, fair prices. The only downside is that the appetizers are all served at the same time, which makes eating a bit awkward and makes things confusing.

09/09/2025: We really enjoyed our stay at Francesco's: the view, the pool, and the room were superb. The proximity to major roads and Massa Marittima is ideal. We will definitely return!
11/08/2025: A beautiful complex with a fantastic pool area that invites you to relax. The hosts are warm and attentive, and we were also treated to delicious food. Highly recommended!

01/11/2025: We've always had impeccable pizza for takeout, but unfortunately, there have been a couple of occasions where we've been dissatisfied with the pizza. It's happened before and we've overlooked it. Yet, for the umpteenth time, out of four pizzas, we took away two acceptable ones and two others, one with a hole in it and one burned underneath. I believe a good pizza chef shouldn't waste even a euro per pizza by having to remake a pizza rather than offering it like that, especially since it's unhealthy... well-done doesn't mean burned... the end result is that you throw it away after paying for it, only to then have to cook something on the fly... The pizza chef lifts the pizza with his peel, and if he realizes it's burned, he should throw it away... you can't just give it away like that... HACCP is clear on certain things!
05/09/2025: Awesome place, the food is excellent, with a wide selection on the menu, and the staff is incredibly friendly, and they answer immediately when you call them. The wait times are really minimal, considering the quality of the food. I'll gladly return.
