splendid farmhouse located in the green heart of Umbria. Luca and Matteo welcomed us hospitable and very friendly, a priceless kindness... in the evening we also had the pleasure of meeting Martina. Everything was perfect, location, cuisine and wonderful places... we will definitely be back!!!

What to say ? We stayed for eight days in July and would never leave! A carefully styled farmhouse, surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views, but the strong point that struck us most was THE WELCOME! Umbria is beautiful but what makes Il Corbezzolo unique is that feeling of FEELING AT HOME, WITH FAMILY that envelops you from the first moment! Luca, the manager, ready to advise us and fulfill our every request, kind and thoughtful! Matteo, the Chef, who delighted us with his cuisine characterized by dishes cooked with local raw materials and homemade pasta, careful to fulfill our every whim and our every desire... Coming back after a long, hot day and finding fresh fruit to welcome us was wonderful! Martina, who prepared delicious desserts for dinner, exquisite cakes and tarts for breakfast, made our stay even more pleasant with her sweetness and friendliness. Mrs. Raimonda, who welcomed us in the morning with her smile and kindness and took care of the rooms, which were always clean, tidy and fragrant! Another strong point is the swimming pool which regenerated us after a day spent discovering the fantastic Umbrian villages, immersed in nature, and it is precisely thanks to nature and its olive trees that there was no shortage of shade under which to take refuge to read, rest or simply contemplate the view and enjoy the quiet! We had a really good time at Corbezzolo, it's THE SMALL ATTENTIONS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE AND MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME! We can't wait to go back!

The place is amazing and I'm not exaggerating. I only do reviews in two cases: negative or positive and this is the second case Luca, Matteo, Martina and Raimonda really make you feel at home. All the details are taken care of, you feel pampered with their attention and let's not forget the cuisine which is excellent. I will definitely be back.

A wonderful experience. Simple but well-kept structure, we were like family, the guys who run Luca Matteo and Martina were really nice and helpful. Super cuisine. We hope to return as soon as possible.

Il Corzobello has everything you are looking for in a B&B. It is a lovely quiet location with a clean swimming pool. Hospitality is top notch, just like the dinner served. In short, highly recommended in Umbria, close to nice places to visit.

Il Corbezzolo is a farmhouse immersed in the true sense of the word in the green heart of Umbria, a truly wonderful, super quiet place run by two special people. Luca and Matteo are competent, friendly and available to meet any needs. Really good dinner Matteo is a very good chef, excellent bread and excellent home-produced oil. simple breakfast with excellent products....super jams!!!!! We will definitely be back....good work guys, keep up the good work 💪

Fantastic farmhouse immersed in the green Umbrian hills. Luca, Matteo and Martina are super welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I went to dinner with friends to celebrate my birthday. We ate very well, all products coming from local farms. A heartfelt thank you for the beautiful memories I will bring from this evening!

23/08/2024: Wonderful location in Torre del Colle in the Province of Perugia. SERPILLO is located exactly along the streets of this small medieval village with well-set tables and bringing life with its colors and works. The room where I had dinner was very beautiful and welcoming. The menu is not exclusively Umbrian although most of the raw materials find life in this splendid region. Excellent quality as well as very friendly and helpful service. Excellent quality and quantity of dishes as well as the rich wine list where the reds and Sagrantinis of Montefalco reign supreme but not only... Well done

14/07/2024: The defeated Greeks conquer Perugia. The story of Jianos and Ada, one Greek and the other Apulian, is really interesting. He is sent by his Father to study medicine at the University for Foreigners and she to study chemistry. Both do not complete the courses but chemistry, the real one, kicks in and, together, they win their respective hearts and even a Michelin star, as well as generating a child who, instead, wants to complete his studies. The Officina is a truly sophisticated place, where you still feel at ease, full of books, paintings, prints and a truly "workshop" ambiance. The cuisine is top notch. Andrea, the Maitre d' of Collazzone, guides us on this culinary journey that will prove unforgettable. A welcome with Castelluccio lentil flour tartlets and chickpea mousse Also a Greek pita made with phyllo dough and wild grass on a bed of yogurt. We continue with a welcome amousse bouche of celeriac, crumble and parmesan foam which means taking care of the territory The second is a pork bruschetta with cannara onion: Greece meets Umbria. The bread is flavored with cooked garlic and vinegar and the dish is made up of stale bread and the topping is yogurt, smoked herring and lumpfish roe. We start with tagliolini with cuttlefish ink, fresh pasta with celeriac cream, white ragout from royal perch from Lake Trasimeno and topped with 'nduja crumble. Wild egg cooked at low temperature, Jerusalem artichoke cream cooked in milk and served with a terrine of dried fruit and dried mushrooms. We continue with potatoes with Béarnaise sauce, currant spheres, two types of mushrooms. Stuffed squid with pepper sauce, on a bed of aubergine caponata mousse and lime melon Final surprise: celery in three versions The meal ends with a traditional Umbrian dessert revisited in a Greek version. Porto calopita: orange citrus phyllo pastry Olive mousse on the side and on top a garnish of yogurt and mint and the bergamot granita. A lunch truly rich in flavour, history, passion and connections. Cost in line with the value of the kitchen. Perugia is enriched by the great history of Greek civilization.
