Agriturismo Filippon In Farra d'alpago

I work locally during the summer months and this is a local place for me to go to, and sometimes I go for a drink after work. The location is fantastic, but they have very rigid rules that take away from the experience. For instance the fixed times about the lunch slots (either 12:30 - in which case they would rush you) or 2 pm (much better if you want to relax). But today I happened to go around 12:15 after work and wondered whether I could have something for lunch. It seemed to be half empty outside, but I was told that it was booked up. It doesn't make much sense and it's not very welcoming - especially if you are visiting for the first time. Another senseless rule is the bar closed between 12 and 4 pm. The overall impression is that you are only welcome at their condition. I also have to add that I have only had lunch once this summer, and the quality has gone down a bit, while prices have gone up. The quality/price ratio has definitely worsened. I don't think I will be eating there soon again, while in the past I used to go at least two or three times over the summer. Having said all that, the food is still ok, and the location, probably, the main attraction of the place. Hope this helps some visitors from abroad.

This is our second time here, but I don't think we'll be back. The service needs improvement; they're very rushed and take away the bread and breadsticks while we're still eating. We had more than half an hour before the second sitting. It's a shame, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The view is spectacular The place is special The games for children The dishes are sublime, the platter of local cold cuts and cheeses, the first courses are exhilarating, and the second courses include the Filipon, a hearty one-pot meal. The desserts include strudel, yogurt, and berries. We'll definitely return.

We ate and drank very well. It was very hot, but the day was pleasant. The staff was professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

We arrived after the mountain hut's renovation in July 2025. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully decorated. The service was fast and well-organized. We'll definitely be back.

Stopped for lunch. Good but not exceptional. Fair prices. Adequate portions. Typical in that area: eat and go, we have to make room for others.

I can't speak for the rooms, but the restaurant is very, very good! Compliments to the staff.

A beautiful agriturismo on Cansiglio with a stunning view to enjoy with a good beer or some delicious homemade ice cream. There are also games for children, so they can definitely have fun safely. We stopped for dinner and enjoyed the sunset. The dishes were delicious, made with top-quality ingredients and prepared with care and taste. If you're visiting, it's a must-see.

Menu semplice e genuino. Prodotti propri o locali. Comodo per mangiare su turni anche nelle domeniche affollate. Gelato artigianale. Da provare il pernottamento con accesso anche alla piccola sauna esterna. Location immersa nel verde dei pascoli della piana a due passi dal bosco.

Veramente meraviglioso il panorama, cibo delizioso e artigianale, prodotti genuini e fatti con amore. Prezzo onestissimo e personale carino, gentile e cordiale. Locale super accogliente e pulito, situato in mezzo a un enorme prato con numerosi animali da fattoria. Esperienza FANTASTICA!
