Cervara, Fanano: A Genuine Culinary Experience I had dinner at La Palazza in Cervara di Fanano and was truly satisfied. The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, in perfect mountain style. We started with the appetizers, classic but prepared with top-quality ingredients. Next came the meat, truly exceptional, cooked to perfection. The staff was impeccable: the waiters are professional and friendly, and the restaurant management clearly pays attention to every detail. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area who wants to eat well in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

A charming place nestled in the heart of the Modena Apennines, overlooking Mount Cimone. Clean, simple rooms with picturesque wooden ceilings. A tranquil oasis with plenty of space to enjoy the scenery.

The place is magnificent, with a spectacular view of Mount Cimone. However, amenities are virtually nonexistent. The website made it seem like horseback riding, workshops, and activities with the animals were available, but in reality, none of these were available, and no one informed us or involved us. A real shame, because the experience could have been much richer. We also noticed that the horses didn't seem particularly well-groomed: one had a completely knotted mane, while another had flies around its eyes, and even had some visible wounds... We don't know if this was a temporary situation or not, but the overall impression wasn't positive. The room was nice, with a few flaws (as noted in other reviews), but the view more than made up for it. The stay also included an hour in the jacuzzi: a pleasant amenity, but unfortunately, a bit lacking. We appreciated the fire pit in the communal garden: at night, under the stars, it was truly magical, even though everything was set up by us guests. It wouldn't take much—a few deckchairs, chairs around the fire, and more attention to guests—to make your stay a decidedly superior experience.
