03/11/2023: A small piadineria located along the road that leads from the beaches to the Ravenna motorway junction. We stopped on the way back from the sea at around 9pm with the idea of ​​eating quickly in order to optimize the time for the return to Bologna. 4 family-run people work inside the small kiosk (2 adults and 2 children), with very specific tasks. It's a shame that in addition to the kindness of the welcome, they don't warn about the waiting time, which is really long or longer than expected. Basically, our dinner/piada stop lasted just over 1 hour (the same time it took them to get to Bologna) of which 5 minutes to order, about 45/50 minutes of waiting and the remainder to eat. The piadina was good, thick and with good ingredients, shame about the long and unannounced wait, given that we were in a nice place but with the burden of tiredness after a day at the beach. A piece of advice: it is best to warn customers of the wait. Average prices. Possibility to choose between many piadinas and more.

22/10/2023: Rovigo Ravenna by bike... it's a long way... I'm almost there... tired headwind... I see this place welcoming you to the right of the cycle path... I stop... an excellent beer... delicious piadina and courtesy. ..I set off refreshed and happy to have given myself an excellent break
