Good trattoria where you can find excellent local cuisine at modest prices. It's a shame that the outside environment is neglected and the potential of the place is not exploited.

Ate excellent pasta with marinated wild boar ragout and delicious porchetta. Given the goodness, I recommend avoiding the combination. The desire for an encore cannot be avoided. I recommend one evening for salmì and another dedicated to porchetta. And...diet be damned.

The structure is immersed in the Brescia countryside although reachable on foot from the center of Gussago. The environment is warm and welcoming. The restaurant's specialty, the Brescian spit, is a delight for the eyes and the palate. Prices are adequate for the quality of the food

I went with friends to eat the spit, what can I say fantastic, very tender. We also had some starters (cold cuts and artichokes, mushrooms, Russian salad) which were very good and above all generous portions as we like them. Classic desserts (meringue pie, amaretto cake, cheesecake etc..) but those were also very good. Excellent service, staff kind and helpful. I recommend
