A wonderful initiative by the Municipality of Gussago, the Spiedo Crackling (crackling skewer). The skewer was delicious and tender, melting in your mouth. Fast service, friendly and professional staff!

02/11/25: A delicious surprise hidden in the fields of Gussago. Excellent casoncelli, fabulous skewered meat, melts in your mouth, all accompanied by a good local wine. We'll definitely be back to try the grilled meat. 😉😋

03/10/2025: Contrary to the Google message: Temporarily closed is not true. See infringement dated October 2, 2025. This can, of course, drive a restaurant into ruin by claiming it's temporarily closed. This means you can't blindly trust the Google review. The food was good and the server very friendly.
