The structure is immersed in the Brescia countryside although reachable on foot from the center of Gussago. The environment is warm and welcoming. The restaurant's specialty, the Brescian spit, is a delight for the eyes and the palate. Prices are adequate for the quality of the food

I went with friends to eat the spit, what can I say fantastic, very tender. We also had some starters (cold cuts and artichokes, mushrooms, Russian salad) which were very good and above all generous portions as we like them. Classic desserts (meringue pie, amaretto cake, cheesecake etc..) but those were also very good. Excellent service, staff kind and helpful. I recommend

Participate in the spit-roasted evenings on Thursday evenings. Menu for 30 Euros, skewer soup, plenty of baked potatoes and polenta accompanied by an excellent local wine. Spacious atmosphere and fast, friendly service.

Pasticceria Capriccio di Groli

29/01/2025: Returning to this pastry shop for the second time, I really enjoyed both the enormous and delicious babà and the warm and fragrant puff pastry. An extra smile from the cashier would make everything even more positive.
26/01/2025: Excellent pastry shop with one of the best babà in Naples. The only flaw is the slightly Neapolitan antipathy of the cashier but you can ignore it.

20/01/2025: I have been there several times to eat and on all occasions I have eaten very well. A place serving traditional cuisine that also offers reinterpretations and with an eye on lake fish, excellent quality like the wine list and the staff. In hot weather you can eat outside in the shade of a magnificent wisteria.
