Very beautiful rooms, nice and polite owners, location is close to bus station. Would recommend!

A great hotel in a quiet location yet close to Venice, a 25-minute bus ride away; the bus stop is opposite the hotel. There's ample, secure parking. The room is clean, with good Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. There's air conditioning and heating, which can be adjusted individually to suit your needs. Tea and coffee making facilities are also available in the room. The hotel offers a very good Italian breakfast for a small fee. The lady at the front desk, I don't know if she's the owner, but she's very kind and helpful. She selflessly helped me solve a problem I had, even though she didn't have to. I really appreciate people like that and I'd like to thank her again. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I'm in the area. Best regards, and see you soon.

I stayed with my wife, it's a spacious and airy place, there's parking and transportation is easy, I recommend it.

The hotel itself is great. The rooms, service, location, and cleanliness are okay. I want to write about the restaurant. The food is okay, but the guy in the restaurant charges 2.50 euros for a "plate" per table. Of course, there's no mention of this anywhere. Be careful with the water served. A liter costs 13 euros. (I didn't check the price.) And one more small detail: the cook smells awful. He doesn't wash. Overall, I don't recommend the restaurant.

The restaurant was AMAZING. I personally complimented the man behind the stove; his dishes were truly on another level. Even a simple tomato bruschetta became a masterpiece. All this at a fair price. As for the hotel, I can only say that the rooms in the main building seem very nice and well-kept; my colleague was there. I, on the other hand, had a room in the detached building, 50 meters ahead. I must say I wasn't entirely satisfied; the headboard, which was made of old fabric, was completely yellow from dirt and age. Half the electrical outlets didn't work (especially the Schuko ones), and the hairdryer had that exact plug. The bathroom, on the other hand, was brand new. The room was warm, with very practical heating. If I were to return, I would definitely ask for a room in the main building. Top location, just steps from Marghera and yet in the middle of nowhere. With a huge private parking lot.

The rooms were clean but we couldn't all take a shower because the boiler broke. There were 5 of us at a good price but the food was perhaps too expensive.

More than excellent, in fact exceptional! The donkey stew was amazing. The Raboso wine was superb. Everything was delicious. The chef is a true professional.
