The Cascina di Mezzo farmhouse, run by Elena Pirola, is truly on another level! An authentic place, with attention to the smallest details, where you can breathe passion, tranquility and a welcome that warms the heart. Each environment reflects the taste and love with which Elena carries on this special place. The food is excellent, with genuine flavors and carefully prepared dishes. The atmosphere is relaxing and familiar, perfect for breaking away from routine and enjoying nature. Elena is an attentive, present and always smiling hostess: she makes every stay unique, with that simplicity that makes you immediately feel at home. I really recommend everyone to live the experience of Cascina di Mezzo. An authentic, beautiful and soulful reality. I will definitely be back!

Kindness, friendliness and availability seem like obvious qualities, but this is not always the case and when you find them you cannot help but underline them. The location is excellent because it is well connected to everything you want to visit in the surrounding area, the rooms are clean and equipped with everything. I would add that the food is excellent and the breakfasts are plentiful and include products from the farm. There is also a shop where you can buy them. I would go back without a shadow of a doubt.

Agriturismo molto accogliente. Con la famiglia abbiamo cenato, menù fisso, dall'antipasto al dolce. Pietanze molto buone e abbondante, lo staff di sala sempre presente e disponibile. Prezzi nella media. Consigliato.

Cena con i colleghi. Menu concordato anticpiatamente, quindi senza possibilità di scelta, ma per questo da attendersi migliore. E in effetti la qualità è stata confermata. Due sole note negative. La prima il rumore, perché la sala non è adatta a ospitare molte persone e il rumore amplificato dal riverbero delle pareti diventa stordente e rende difficile parlarsi. La seconda è la scarsa qualità del vino, decisamente non all'altezza del menu offerto, sia il rosso sia il bianco. E' vero che gli agriturismi devono per legge associare vini regionali ai loro piatti, ma in Lombardia esistono ben altri vini a disposizione. Quelli presentati non avrebbero figurato neanche sugli scaffali di un supermercato, fra i prodotti primo prezzo. Peccato.
