Lovely area, though not easy to find on sat nav. Lovely hostess, even with our limited (non existant) italian Rooms are nice, spacious but with no air con a bit hot in June

Bella location con un bel panorama. Abbiamo mangiato all'interno dal momento che i tavoli all'aperto erano già prenotati. Buon cibo, buona la tomahawk di maiale. Bene il servizio, una cosa però..se non hai vino sfuso e mi porti la bottiglia e io ne bevo un quarto, non mi fare pagare il prezzo intero della bottiglia.

We stayed 1 night in this enchanted place near San Daniele del Friuli, a welcoming and clean room in the attic area on the second floor. We had dinner at the restaurant with excellent service and good local food. The biggest surprise was in the morning with a beautiful breakfast with everything available in a kitchen where you can be served food freshly prepared by the staff, all with a beautiful presentation

We spent a couple of nights, at the weekend, in this agriturismo. Spacious, clean room, with kitchenette, on the ground floor. Excellent dinner and breakfast! Convenient and spacious parking Courteous, friendly and helpful service.

Che dire si mangia bene Non ci si può lamentare Però non si può pagare una fettina di torta 7€ anche perché era una fetta misera il prezzo è esagerato Per il resto non posso lamentarmi

27/07/2025: We stopped for lunch, and it was a surprise. An old-fashioned place, beautifully decorated in period style. Excellent service...my wife's glasses had fallen off as soon as we sat down, and they immediately took her glasses to a trusted optician. The lady who looked after us also gave us some very interesting tidbits about the history of the place. We had a carbonara: very good, with excellent guanciale, but be warned, it's a bit too peppery for my taste. There's no parking, but further down the street there's a parking lot with a parking disc. We'll definitely be back next time.

Agriturismo Cjasal Fornasate

28/08/2025: This was our first time in Friuli and we were looking forward to the landscape, the towns, the food, the wine, the mountains, and the sea. While searching for a personally run agriturismo, we came across the friendly reviews of La Faula and felt completely at home there! Luca and Paul have created a very special place, with plenty of space for retreat and peace, as well as for meeting people and sharing their humanity. Thank you for your hospitality, the lovely breakfast, and the delicious dinner! We had a wonderful stay! Arrivederci e alla prossima volta
17/08/2025: We stayed with Luca and Paul several times. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. Excellent food and drinks, cleanliness and service were top-notch. Ideal location for excursions, especially recommended: Grado, Cividale, Udine, Venice, Trieste, and Aquileia. We'd love to come back!
