23/12/2024: One of the best pastry shops in the TriVeneto. The quality of the leavened products is indisputable. Here they serve the chococroissant, it is a chocolate zebra croissant that is a little softer and less crunchy than the standard croissant. That said, it's the best simple chocolate croissant I've found so far. They also have Pan Suisse (it's expensive..), very good but in my opinion it's not crunchy enough and you can taste too much cream. "The Embrace" is also spatial, essentially it is what is found elsewhere like Cruffin. Theirs is large, with a perfect consistency between crunchy and soft, and is filled with vanilla cream (with the seeds inside) and raspberry, an atomic bomb! I also recommend the cheesecake, mango or berry puff pastry, delicious. The prices are high but in line with pastry shops of this level. On the other hand, the matter is always the same: they cost yes, but in addition to the quality and goodness, here I ate 3 croissants/croissants and within an hour I had digested them and I was fresh as a daisy. This is the difference.
