Silvia did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She even bought gluten-free products and baked a cake for us. She's an absolute gem of a hostess. + Spacious, clean room + Well-equipped kitchen + Good breakfast + Nice pool + Quiet location near Modena and Bologna. - The only downside was the spotty Wi-Fi.

A 19th-century place full of charm, simplicity, and excellent cuisine. The rooms are spacious with high wooden ceilings and wooden furnishings. The staff is kind and friendly. A small pool with a garden and loungers completes the welcome.

The accommodation building is a little hidden behind the ruined buildings. Clean apartment (which is the most important thing). One flaw for us was the accessible toilet. It was not easy for my 6-year-old daughter to use, but it was solved for one day! Fantastic hospitality and kindness greeted us! The breakfast was perfect. They didn't remember our milk protein allergy even though we had indicated it. But they solved it. They even baked (free) pancakes! As compensation, we received a bottle of honey!♥️ Maranello is 5-6 minutes away, Modena 15-20 minutes from the accommodation.

I can only speak in superlatives about this place. At first glance, it looks like an abandoned site due to the construction work, but the rooms themselves... are very cozy, as you can see in the pictures. It has the atmosphere of a country mansion, with incredibly kind staff, a cozy and abundant breakfast, and a small swimming pool. The price wasn't bad either, we hope it won't go up too much even when everything is finished. When we were there, there were still some minor repairs to be made inside the apartment, but this didn't detract from the enjoyment in the slightest. Thank you Silvia for your endless kindness, patience, and problem-solving. I think we'll see each other again🥰

I went there for a group dinner, the menu was agreed upon, and they served us after a good hour and a half, and we were initially the only table there. They served everyone else first, with the first courses having liquid, not creamy, condiments, as if they had diluted them. They didn't give us parmesan at the table, we had to ask for it. The drinks were bad (for a Saturday night service, how can you get hot drinks?). They advised us not to buy Coke on tap because they had warm jugs, but even the 33cl bottle wasn't cold, so we had to ask for ice.

The stay in this place was absolutely wonderful! The hostess - very nice and warm, made us feel at home. Dinner and breakfast were perfect - everything fresh, homemade and served with love. Pasta - the best I've ever eaten in my life! The perfect place for full regeneration - both by the pool and in the surroundings that exude peace. I recommend it with all my heart - we will definitely come back! So in this post you will be as happy as ever! The housekeeper - gentle and caring - you have a lot of food to feel at home. The breakfast and cozy atmosphere are perfect: all fresh, food in the house and service with love. The pasta - the best thing that can be done by me in my life! Un luogo ideale per rigenerarsi, sia in piscina che nell'ambiente tranquillo che lo circonda. Consiglio con tutto il cuore – sicuramente torneremo!

Sono stato in questo ristorante domenica 4 Maggio, il posto è bello, ma il verde circostante è trascurato, il menù proposto ha un prezzo alto per la quantità e la qualità dei piatti.Cameriere gentili, ma il servizio è lentissimo, tempi da matrimonio.
