I was at Tenuta Caradonna for a wedding, and I must say it was truly remarkable: the estate is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a very elegant structure, perfect for an event. The atmosphere is refined, the spaces are well-organized, and overall, you can sense an attention to aesthetics that makes the location truly spectacular. Another strong point is the staff: truly fantastic. The waiters were always smiling, available, and very helpful, with a kind and professional demeanor that makes all the difference on such an important day. You can tell when a team works well and has the right attitude towards guests. The only downside, unfortunately, was the bathrooms. In particular, the light wasn't working, which created a truly uncomfortable situation: you couldn't actually close the door without risking being left in complete darkness. Furthermore, there was no internal latch/lock to secure the door, which in a venue that hosts events is an important detail for privacy and comfort. In short: a splendid location and excellent staff, truly worthy of applause. The only shame is the bathroom issue, which I hope will be resolved because it wouldn't take much to make the experience practically perfect.

Excellent location, good food, both inside and out. I'd say it's very large, and can host many events, from weddings to baptisms to birthdays. I'll just focus on the food, which I'd say is the strong point of this venue. It's good quality and plentiful. It's not my first time here; I've had both meat and fish dishes, and what can I say? Both were very good.

We celebrated our wedding on 11/10/2025 here in this splendid location and everything was fantastic, the lunch was all excellent and of high quality, the staff was perfect and professional, a beautiful experience, thank you so much Tenuta Caradonna.

We got married on September 22nd, civil ceremony. I must say, everything was fantastic. The location was stunning, the place where we had the civil ceremony was fantastic. The food was all delicious. The staff was kind and polite. We will be back as soon as possible. 💯💯💯💯🔝🔝🔝🔝

25/01/2026: Discovered by chance through an invitation to spend New Year's Eve lunch, it was truly a discovery of a place where everything is meticulously curated, elegant for its kind, with excellent service, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and top-quality food and wine. It's impossible to say which dish was the best because, having tried a little bit of everything from everyone, I found every dish well-prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious, despite being at a table with a large group. What can I say? I'll be back as soon as possible, even outside of any celebration.
19/12/2025: We went to a bread cooking class: we made focaccia, pizza, everything. But the most important thing was getting to know the people. Many thanks to Federica and Daniele for this unforgettable experience.

Trattoria San Giuseppe Cenobio- Cucina Contadina

16/02/2026: We chose this trattoria to spend Valentine's Day with a group of friends, and I must say it's a beautiful and delicious trattoria in the center of town. It's tastefully decorated, the service excellent, and the menu is very inviting, offering a wide variety of unique dishes from our Salento cuisine, revisited and beautifully presented. Above all, we tried the various appetizers, from the excellent cheese platter to the vegetables and typical dishes cooked according to Salento culinary traditions, including delicious "pittule Salentine," homemade potato croquettes, special fried meatballs, and delicious first and second courses—all of which allowed us to sample a variety of delicacies. I must say that all the dishes we chose were of excellent quality, both in terms of the use of high-quality and fresh ingredients, the excellent selection of wines, and finally, a delicious dessert. A key aspect of this trattoria is that the kitchen is on the first floor, thus separate from the lunch and dinner area. This ensures that the downstairs dining room, where service takes place, is clean and free of kitchen odors. Therefore, you can leave after lunch or dinner without getting your clothes smelly. This is a key aspect of this place. I highly recommend it.
08/02/2026: The only trattoria where, no matter where you are, it's worth going on purpose! Everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert... Congratulations!
