Welcomed by the owner, a truly friendly and knowledgeable person who briefly told the history of the place and the origin of the raw materials used in the kitchen; all 0 km products and homemade pasta.
Competent and helpful staff.
They served hand-rolled breadsticks in an original composition, in a vase.
I highly recommend trying their pasta, in particular the so-called hemp hay pasta (it has nothing to do with cannabis) and personally I tried the canapine ceciliani with pepper cream and bread crumble flavored with anchovies and canepina hay with hemp flour, white ragù, fennel flower and chopped hazelnuts...amazing.
The restaurant has received many culinary awards including Slow Food and has also appeared on television programs.

We stumbled upon it by chance, we read good reviews and, as we were passing through, we wanted to try it. Food mainly with local ingredients, trained staff able to explain dishes and wines very well, which is not to be taken for granted and is very welcome. A kitchen team that works, adequate times and very interesting dishes. Advised.

Cucina del territorio con felici rivisitazioni.
