Very nice and welcoming restaurant with excellent food, well presented and very friendly staff. Raw materials at zero km and of great quality. The only flaw is the lack of a clearly visible sign on the outside and the internal stairs; the rooms are on several floors and for those who have problems with legs or knees it can be a problem. In any case absolutely recommended.

Dinner with friends and among friends because Felice Arletti with his communication skills and the passion he puts into his business makes you feel part of the experiences he has been carrying out for some years now. Cuisine essentially based on local products, prepared in an excellent way.
Oil, hazelnuts and the typical expression of local cuisine: the canepinese hay, very fine egg pasta of incomparable goodness.

Excellent welcome and service even if there were two communion lunches.
A refined and evocative environment, without ever falling into the "pretentious".
The food is always very particular and the combinations recommended by Felice were all memorable. A result resulting from the commitment of the entire brigade. Well done!
Above all, I would like to point out the fried lean cannelloni and the pork belly cooked at low temperature, which alone are worth the trip.

We went to this restaurant at Easter to celebrate my father's birthday and it was a truly evocative experience. The restaurant is spread over several floors and we were lucky enough to dine on the lowest floor, in my opinion the most fascinating: a room reminiscent of a cave, with an intimate and very particular atmosphere. Slightly humid, as is natural, but well air conditioned.
A truly original detail is that the food arrives via a small internal elevator. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and passionate: our waiter explained each dish to us, told us about the local origin of the wines and helped us with great competence in choosing them.
The dishes are gourmet, so the servings are not abundant, as they should be. Among the various dishes we tried, there was an exquisite hemp pasta, a perfectly breaded fried lamb accompanied by a delicate mint yogurt cream, and an excellent Giudia artichoke. The cutting boards, full of local products, and the selection of wines (both red and white) also deserve a special mention.
Everything was perfect, from the atmosphere to the service, and the very high quality of the food. A unique place, absolutely worth trying. Super recommended!

Semi-hidden place, not easy to find, but it's a real treasure.
Each dish is a real delight starting from the cheese and sausage platter, we continued with the hay, I with Viterbo beef ragù and my wife with chicken ragù.
The fried rabbit and belly are outstanding. Excellent desserts
The wine list is excellent, with many local producers

Domenica io e mia moglie abbiamo deciso di fare una gita fuori porta e dopo la visita a Palazzo Farnese a Caprarola ci siamo deliziati in questo ristorante di Canepina.
A dirla tutta avevo visto un servizio su Geo che intervistava Felice, proprietario del ristorante, che mi aveva molto incuriosito. La scelta è stata azzeccatissima.
A cominciare dal servizio, elegante e preciso, la scelta dei vini con due assaggi proposti da Felice, e poi un tripudio di sapori. Sicuramente vale la pena fare una seconda visita.

Ho selezionato questo locale per una cena intima con mia moglie per il mio 50 compleanno prima di fare quella con i parenti e amici e scelta più azzeccata non potevo fare. Location davvero incantevole, bella ma non troppo elegante (come piace a me) ma allo stesso tempo curatissima. Oltre alla stupenda accoglienza del titolare e cuoco (mi piace di più che "chef") ci siamo subito resi conto dell'aria che si respirava. Prodotti esclusivi del nostro ricco territorio di una qualità oltre ogni limite cucinati. Ci siamo fatti dall'antipasto al dolce ed è stato tutto eccezionale. Poche volte mi sono goduto così una cena. Piatti preparati in modo assolutamente fantastico come l'antipasto con l'uovo fritto con crema di tartufo e guanciale o il pane fritto accompagnato da stracciatella di burrata e cime di rapa. Per primo gnocchi di patate fatti in casa con speck e alloro e il famoso fieno canepinese con farina di Canapa. Peccato avesse finito i finferli mannaggia ma sono stati comunque buonissimi. Abbiamo finito con una stupenda pancia di maiale cotta a bassa temperatura il cui sapore inebriava tutto il palato. Anche il dolce con cioccolato bianco e mela nostrana fritta era da sturbo. Che altro dire ? Cucina da Champions League, servizio idem, carta dei vini ricca e con ottimi prodotti sempre del territorio e prezzi per la qualità che dà che sono più che soddisfacenti. Quindi se volete fare un'esperienza culinaria da top player, questo è il locale che fa per voi. Io già sto pensando a quando ce rivado! Vediamo chi fa prima :)
