Just returned from Christmas lunch with my daughter. The welcome was unparalleled. They greet you with a "welcome to our home." The service was impeccable, and the fried porcini mushrooms were delicious, light and flavorful. The inevitable Canepinese hay with truffles, and larded rabbit, all divinely delicate and delicious, not to mention the desserts.
In short, I thank all the staff, the owners, and the very knowledgeable and kind waiter. I just found my favorite restaurant!

Sunday, December 7th. The place was packed but well-organized! Excellent service! Excellent vegetarian and vegan options, just as catering should be in 2025—INCLUSIVE! Given the attention to detail and the care taken with the dishes and the use of raw materials, the price is more than fair. Recommended! ❤️

We visited this restaurant on December 8th and had a truly impeccable experience. The owner was extremely kind: he welcomed us and our dogs without any problem and, since a small room was free, kindly reserved a space for us, making the lunch even more pleasant and peaceful.
The waiter was also extremely kind, always attentive and helpful. The food is top-notch: refined and truly delicious.
We will definitely recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!

I returned to this restaurant after a year because I had a wonderful memory. It lived up to my expectations because we ate divinely, but what remains in my memory are the couple who own it and their unusually kind staff, who offer a culinary experience in keeping with tradition.

I'm putting my face on it because the experience was excellent.
Welcoming and attentive. A little gem.
We tasted the oil from Frantoio Cioccolini in Vignanello on bland bread, and it was truly wonderful to discover the solidarity between supplier and restaurateur. Ask and you shall receive, in short.
The hay. What can I say? The one with white ragù, fennel, and hazelnuts was a discovery. Sublime.
The pork belly was perfect, juicy, and flavorful.
The porcini mushrooms were a definite yes. Only because perhaps the cooking could have been better managed to bring out the delicacy of the raw material. Anyway, the plate was polished off, and only modesty kept me from mopping up the bread.
The wait staff was excellent. Perfect timing. Passionate owner.
We'll see you again soon. Maybe on our next anniversary.

Today I finally managed to come to lunch at Il Calice e la Stella... it was my first time and it won't be my last...
Don't be fooled by the entrance, because once you enter you'll find yourself in a welcoming and truly charming location... the well-heated environment immediately puts you at ease.
We were greeted by Felice and his staff in a very professional and friendly manner... they explained each course to us (Tuscia and local products)... the wine selection and the culture in its presentation were excellent.
Every dish was special... given the season... we went from pumpkin to chestnuts to porcini mushrooms.
The desserts were amazing... it's a shame they were a bit small... they went away quickly 🤭
Definitely a must-try.
