Unfortunately, there were only five stars, but if there had been ten, I would have clicked them all. Excellent service, excellent meat, and dishes, a truly positive experience. I'll just tell you that I'm from Rome, and I go to Florence (a beautiful city) every year just for them. The best Florentine I've ever eaten in my life. The staff and especially the owner are fantastic. It's a pleasure to go there once a year. P.S. I'll be with you soon.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday, and I can honestly say it was the best dinner of his life... and one of mine, too! We ordered a simply spectacular Florentine steak—the best I've ever tasted. Perfect meat, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The service was incredibly kind and attentive: they brought him a candle to celebrate and offered us a shot of limoncello. A truly special gesture that made the evening even more memorable. A wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back!

This restaurant was recommended to me by an Italian friend. I arrived alone, after 8pm, without a reservation, but there seemed to be an empty seat, so I was shown to one right away. However, the table in front of me had been reserved by a group of 6-8 people, so considering the possibility of a group reservation and the total number of tables, I think it would be safer to make a reservation. For my meal, I had a single portion of Taglieri piccolo as an antipasto, skipped the primo, and went straight for the Tagliata. Most of the people around me were groups of people, and most ordered Bistecca, but I was grateful that the Tagliata was in a portion large enough for a solo customer like me, who can't eat Bistecca. Best of all, the Tagliata/Bistecca here is literally al sangue, cooked to just the right degree to bring out the meat's richness. There were a few stringy parts, but it was so delicious that it seemed like a minor detail. The staff were very friendly, and one of the staff even said "thank you" in Japanese as I was leaving. The shop is close to the Duomo, so it's easily accessible. We hope you enjoy your time here!
