The selection of local and self-produced products is good, as is the menu, I would say it does what it promises, even well.

A place I recommend for its excellent food and unique interior. A journey into the past. The meat is superb, there's nothing more to say. You just have to try it.

We have been on two occasions for a competition we have tried different types of homemade pasta. The products are of excellent quality, the food cooked in an excellent way. The owner is very sociable and courteous.

Fresh ingredients, expertly cooked, and combined with a great atmosphere. Definitely a highlight. Highly recommended :-)

The place from the outside already makes you want to go in, small but very welcoming.. furnishings with old-fashioned furniture seem like your grandparents' house.. everything arranged in the smallest details and envelops you in an air of home. The menu is simple, there are not an infinite number of dishes but I think that's a good thing because those that are there are cooked impeccably... so the emphasis is on the substance and not on the variety.. all ingredients at km 0 and therefore all genuine products. The expense is worth the quality. We really appreciated the huge variety of cheeses in the appetizer. I had a divine scottona hamburger! The meat is also excellent. And various choices for wine too. We had an excellent local sagratino! So if you are around the center of Foligno you have to stop here. Highly recommended if you want to eat well in a really nice place!

Honestly one of the places where I have eaten best in my life. I recommend everything, but especially the selection of cheeses.

A truly excellent place in the center of Foligno. The raw material is of excellent quality and you can taste it in the various dishes. Excellent selection of homemade cheeses. I recommend the second course based on rabbit which is truly exceptional.

Consigliato dal proprietario del B&B dove abbiamo soggiornato, abbiamo trovato un ambiente caratteristico e curato. Ottime le materie prime e il risultato finale nei piatti. Simpatico e affabile il fratello del proprietario che segue la sala. Ci siamo trovati talmene bene che ci siamo tornati per una seconda cena cha ha confermato la ns impressione della prima sera. Bravi
