Restaurant located in a quiet and welcoming setting amidst the breezes of mountainous days. Really good food for those who like meat and land-based first courses. Here I ate one of the best if not the best polenta with sausage and ribs sauce. The very good polenta. Another evening we ate tagliatelle with pork ragù and those with porcini mushrooms. The desserts aren't bad either. Very kind and friendly service, very good hygiene. Good price for what you got. We thank the owner Pancrazio for giving us some magnificent porcini mushrooms.

Had lunch yesterday with a friend.....abundant food....starter not bad, tasty ricotta and ham......disappointed by the fettuccine, nice to look at.....but too many porcini mushrooms which absolutely hide the flavor of the truffle....the roast was good, the baked potatoes tasteless and with a very sweet taste.....the staff were friendly. Prices within the norm.

Excellent place, a lot of places, delicious pasta and pizza, we have visited this place many times and will go again and again, there are also very beautiful views of the mountains and the olive grove, excellent antipasti, pasta with truffles and pizza with truffles are the calling card of this restaurant , so if this is your first time in this place, be sure to order these dishes

We came across this restaurant after climbing in the area. It was after 3.30pm, the place was still full, Mr. Pancrazio and his staff welcomed us with great hospitality, courtesy and helpfulness. Values ​​that we appreciate very much, because they tell of that bygone time, which today is difficult to find. The tradition of the trade is reflected in the quality of the typical Ciociaria dishes. Super recommended!!!

Tonight we celebrated my 40th birthday at this restaurant. Some friends of mine had organized a surprise for me in the afternoon and the owner proved to be super helpful straight away, taking care of decorating the room with balloons and photos. Super food and friendly, attentive staff. Highly recommended

A simple, rustic trattoria, but we remember with nostalgia the goodness of the tagliatelle and the sliced ​​meat with porcini mushrooms and truffles and the kindness and hospitality of the staff. We will definitely return also for the excellent value for money.

13/01/2025: Per noi turiste, trovare questa osmiza (che ci hanno consigliato amici friulani) è stata una sorpresa! Si ordina al banco, e guai a chiedere posate. I salumi fatti in casa sono strepitosi, come anche pane e dolci. Sarei rimasta un'altra ora tranquillamente, ma questo è il posto perfetto per un tipico pit-stop, se siete sulla via di ritorno da Trieste.
12/01/2025: As almost all osmiza’s you can expect excellent cold cuts, solid cheeses and great sott’olio. What sets Pipan Klaric apart is the best selection of dolci. You HAVE to try palačinke with apricot jam. Plenty of parking and nice surrounding.

10/12/2024: I'm not a carnivore, but by all accounts the meats are excellent cooked on the grill on the terrace. I limit myself to civa with onion, aivar, chips and a good beer.
26/10/2024: Where do you go in Trieste, during the days of the historic Barcolana Regatta, to have a bite to eat? While I was looking for a place to eat, passing in front of the University I remembered that there was a place that 40 years ago I frequented from time to time, I saw on the left, going down towards Trieste, I Sapori di Toni. Ok I'll park the car...nice place, very easy. With a beautiful summer terrace. I book in for the evening and head down to the Port. Dinner with good grilled meat, well prepared and of good quality. Galera type wine and that is the base of the prosecco. I'll rebook for the next day and we taste the Pizza. . Good tasty light and with good ingredients. Fair prices and excellent friendly and professional service. An obligatory stop outside the center but easy to reach.
