Pancrazio is a special person... You're not a customer in a restaurant, you're a guest at a friend's house... And we were with friends, and we had a great time! Expertly prepared local cuisine, and like a waltz of flavors, you have to let yourself be led... Lots of people, a packed place, but everyone's smiling. The dining room and kitchen staff are clearly in tune, which is evident in the organization and in their surprising (but discreet) omnipresence! There's undoubtedly work behind it, and it shows... In the quality of the first courses... Moving on to the second courses, the truffle is wonderful! Homemade desserts... made with so much love, and it shows... Thanks, Pino, for introducing us to these flavors... Come on, Pancrazio! Keep up the good work!

We were a group of 30 and had lunch with an Italian antipasto menu, including ravioli with meat sauce, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and sliced truffles, mixed roast meat with a side of green beans and potatoes, cake and sparkling wine, coffee and liqueur. Everything was delicious, high-quality and plentiful, with sautéed first courses. The service was excellent and very accommodating to any request. Excellent value for money. I want to thank Mr. Pancrazio for his hospitality, his helpfulness, and his kindness. Highly recommended and we'll be back soon. Thank you for everything.

This restaurant and pizzeria offers excellent cuisine (with specialties based on truffles and porcini mushrooms), a welcoming atmosphere, and attentive service. Excellent value for money. Definitely a place to stop when in the area or passing between Forca d'Acero and the A1 motorway (near Sora Ferentino).

Everything was delicious, excellent hospitality, punctual service, and a precise, old-fashioned homey atmosphere. The price was very reasonable considering the quality of the products. We'll definitely be back.

I'd heard good things about it... I must have been unlucky... The appetizer was good quality but really poor, and the expensive tagliata (sliced steak) wasn't really a tagliata, but rather a grilled steak. But regardless, with two tables, it took 45 minutes from ordering to be served. I wouldn't go back, even for free... PS. For the restaurant's target, it was also too expensive. Disappointing

Beautiful place, relatively easy to reach, in the Alvita countryside, among olive trees and the lights of the Apennine villages. Impeccable welcome and courteous, polite, and friendly service. Excellent and plentiful food, a bit of everything: excellent fettuccine, excellent spaghettoni, excellent grilled meat, and special mention for the "real" French fries (not pre-cooked, packaged, or frozen), a rare commodity these days. The desserts, too, are excellent and plentiful.

07/09/2025: A sure thing! After our first dinner together almost a year ago, we've become regulars! The atmosphere and staff are formal, yet at the same time absolutely friendly. The cuisine, to our personal taste, is impeccable, with refined ingredients and wines, all top-quality! It's exciting that the menu often offers at least one new dish to discover!
31/08/2025: Excellent dinner. We arrived here thanks to a gift, not knowing what we'd find. Expectations were far exceeded, starting with the service. The staff pampered us from the moment we entered the restaurant to the moment we exchanged words outside. The courses were magnificent, from the bread, which tasted handmade (the saffron and honey sandwich was a masterpiece), to the divine appetizers (a tartare with quail egg and black truffle shavings, and a special Angus carpaccio), and two exquisitely crafted first courses (duck ravioli as delicious as they were beautiful, and the Refosco fudge were magnificent). For our second course, we indulged in a T-Bone that melted in our mouths, with special mention for the smoked salt, which added a truly unique touch! The desserts didn't disappoint either; on the contrary, they were carefully crafted and delicate, capping off a truly top-notch dinner. Definitely recommended for those who want to eat well and enjoy a wonderful evening, pampered and spoiled!

03/09/2025: Superb fish restaurant that also has fantastic fish pastas and very good home made deserts. The family who own it are very friendly and take the time to explain everything in English.
26/08/2025: An excellent fish restaurant, with only the decor reminiscent of a trattoria. My only criticism here would be that the decor is too chaotic and distracts too much from the food. The lighting concept with its varied light sources creates an additional sense of unease. The food is truly fabulous. The grilled sardines, marinated in a kind of onion broth, were my highlight. The spaghetti with fish roe was a bit too salty for me, and the pistachio mixture didn't completely convince me. The carpaccio, on the other hand, was. Although it's a fish restaurant, they offer incredibly delicious desserts that far exceed the standards of a classic Italian restaurant. The chocolate tart tastes deliciously of chocolate, not sugar. The service is attentive and courteous. You should allow yourself some time in the evening, as the dishes are freshly prepared and you do have to wait a bit between courses. All in all, it was a culinary delight.
