We found this restaurant by chance! Intrigued and enticed by the photos, we decided to book there! The friendly staff and excellent food left us speechless!
If you're in the area, go, you won't regret it!

What a wonderful experience it was! Authentic Tyrolean-inspired food. Super attentive and friendly service. A very pretty restaurant, with decor that transports you back in time. Highly recommended! A surprising and highly recommended dish is the Speckknödelsuppe (Canederli di Speck in Brodo).

Snagged the last available seat without reservation. The staff (two ladies and a young man) were working hard but quality of service remained high.
Excellent wine choices, hearty and delicious food. We wanted to try dessert but were really just too stuffed.
We shared a pasta dish (I think boar or venison ragù) and then a pork knuckle that was phenomenal.
A happy last minute find!

Assolutamente da provare I Canederli di Speck in brodo. Nel cuore del centro storico di Brunico, *, il *Ristorante Weißes Lamm* è un luogo che affascina.

Personale sorridente ed accogliente. Atmosfera calda. Locale molto caratteristico ma senza essere turistico . Menu con piatti del luogo ben cucinati, ottimi vini . Io e mio figlio siamo arrivati in serata a nonostante l’ora non proprio canonica siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità . Vista la piacevole esperienza ci sono tornata da sola la sera successiva. Lo consiglio vivamente
