Searched on the suggestion of a friend who never chose and it was more spot on: very welcoming characteristic environment, very kind staff and above all very good food. The only problem: not suitable for people with disabilities as the restaurant is part of a hotel, on the first floor of an ancient building, reachable only by climbing a very steep staircase.

Very particular environment and like it used to be. There were two of us and despite being on a high table with stools, the seat was not uncomfortable. I had speck appetizers + smoked salami and dumplings, pappardelle with mushrooms and as the dish of the day, venison fillet with polenta and mushrooms. Modest prices and despite being good eaters, we left full without room for dessert. All good, especially dumplings and venison fillet!

An excellent traditional place, the welcome and excellent service not to mention the dishes, a positive note goes to the pork shank, top class, cooked just right to keep the meat soft and juicy but with super skin and rind scrunchy. Truly an excellent dish, if I have to make a note, I would accompany the shank with a reduced stock sauce or beer, but a sauce would be needed.
Fair prices for the overall.

Una piacevole cena in questo locale caratteristico. Menù ampio con piatti fuori menù consigliati dal responsabile di sala. I canederli che ho mangiato erano veramente la fine del mondo. Complimenti. Prezzi assolutamente nella media (forse i secondi sono leggermente cari) anche se poi la differenza, come tutti, la fa il bere.

Locale caratteristico, molto accogliente. Servizio un po’ raffazzonato si nota una certa inesperienza. Menù non molro vario e qualità del cibo nella media. Prezzo adeguato. Insomma tutto nella norma, senza infamia e senza lode.
