Agnello Bianco In Brunico

Found this place by chance, with a typical South Tyrolean atmosphere, tables without tablecloths, friendly and helpful service, and obviously traditional but unique dishes, which are very good. Reservations are recommended. I luckily found a table. Prices are average, and there is no street parking.

A typical restaurant serving traditional local dishes. We shared a speck and salami appetizer, tagliatelle with venison ragù and sauerkraut-based dumplings for the main course, and a chocolate salami for dessert. The portions were generous, and the food was very, very good. The only flaw, and the reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5, was the seating: it was very cramped, sitting on a stool, and being close to the counter meant we found ourselves almost "in the arms" of other diners enjoying a standing aperitif. Had we paid a little less, I would still have given it a 5, as it would have been appropriate for a more rustic setting, but considering the bill (which was appropriate for the quality and quantity of the food, not the inconvenience of the table), I think a 4 is more appropriate.

Typical Tyrolean restaurant with excellent traditional dishes. Attentive and impeccable service. The food is excellent in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

Good morning everyone, I'd like to contribute a positive review as I dined with my family on October 31, 2025. I'm not attaching photos as I see customers have already contributed their meals. The food was good, the location was very welcoming, all in wood, and the staff was kind and friendly. The value for money was average, depending on what you order. I spent an average of €35 per person for the evening, and we left feeling full and satisfied with the quality of the food. We'll definitely be back. Best regards
